Art galleries gym and nice restaurants, 5 stars hotel and small cosy cafes with open air space . Parking in basement free 1 hour . Easy walking access from Ritz carlton as well. Looks a perfect urban oasis in the financial district. Also in main building you find print shops ATM travel agency and public toilets. Metro station in walking distance

I would like to raise a complaint against the security guard at the exit of the Gate 6. Today 17th September around 9pm I was exiting the parking and my bill was only 5 dhs, I didnt know at a fancy place like DIFC cards are not accepted at the parking so I asked the security to allow me to come out and find a nearby spot to withdraw money and give him, to which he rudely refused and made all 6-7 cards piled up behind to go back causing massive traffic and inconvenience for everyone and delaying my and everyones stay for additional 30 mins (additional money made by DIFC car park). Then I had to walk around 10-15 mins to find a nearby ATM and by the time I returned and tried to exit my bill was already 20 dhs. I asked the security to present his name to which he rudely refused and said he is not going to pay from his pocket and will not disclose his name no matter what. I understand everything is commercialized in DIFC but where is a genuine human compassion ? Who is the HR at DIFC whos hiring this kind of people who are best fitted to work as prison guards and not at such a supposedly high end area? Absolutely disappointing experience every time I have to visit this area. Maybe you can start by introducing cards at the parking stations similar to DWTC parking? Excuse me but not everyone is carrying papers (cash) nowadays.
