Canceled an order after one hour and waiting more than 10 days for refund and nothing happened, very bad service from Carrefour, cant imagine the time I wasted over phone with call center that they have no power to do anything. Do not recommend online purchasing at all for others. So bad experience.

Do not order anything online, unless you want to receive cheaper products and being charged the original ordered product price. Also, if you will return a product, there are big chances you’ll never see your money back. At least, this is my experience.

Placed an order online for Samsung refrigerator. Expected delivery was 06 September and till date we haven’t received the order. Tried following up with customer service to no avail. We are being told you can cancel the order and receive the refund in 8 days. We just want to receive the product we paid for. This will be the first and last time to experience such horrible service. I highly recommend not use the online ordering platform, you’ll be set for disappointment.

Really awful customer service. I purchased Asus Notebook laptop K571 -8300 from carrefour official website. total bill was 3279 AED. while receiving my order I realized it was a completely different model with lower price, costing around 2200. I given them a call with in 5 mins to collect it back because it was wrong model. They came back to collect after 4 days and said they dont the model which i had select although it show available on their website. My order was on 13.08 - Order NO: 20155999957192. Complaint no : 428293. now its near by one month i didnt got my money back nor received the actual product, whenever i call them to follow up they kept saying me they will get back to me but no actual progress. I am just a simple employ on resident visa and was saving this money from last 5 months so i can give desired laptop to my small sister on her birthday now that time had already gone and i am in a loss of 3279 AED. i am not sure how to show my disappointment. i hope and pray this review will be reaching to the right concern person and i will get some justice for this kind of ill treatment. i will urge everyone not to buy anything from carrefour website, with such a name my expectation was high but its just an another scam. i am attaching all the documents and screen shot for the reference to prove my point.

Considering they are an F&B giant here in the UAE, I am extremely let down and disappointed to learn that their web platform isnt in tally with their smart app feature.WARNING!Be very wary of placing an online order through their website, as whatever credit card you use will become permanently saved on their web-based platform without your permission. I mean where in the world is this allowed, isnt it illegal to save someones credit card information without their permission.In my case, even though I am a regular for my weekly shopping in their hypermarket in Mall of the Emirates with an average grocery spend above AED 500/- I do make online purchases for electronic items or gadgets from time to time.The issue here is that I often make purchases for two different households which require a different credit to be used, now in this case I am forced to only use this one credit card, which is my personal one for each purchase, as their web platform doesnt allow me to delete, change or use any other option.Im appalled that after raising a complaint, their customer service has since got back to inform me that their IT division has informed them, they cant delete my personal credit card from their website and that I only have the option to use another credit card from their app. This is an unacceptable solution.Most companies do a test run of their website to report feedback before a website is permanently enabled. In this process, they are to take feedback from users and implement changes.Where in the world is this allowed, you dont have my permission Carrefour? Remove my personal credit card it is unlawful.

Am so disappointed in the gentle man/ at the reception of the main offices in Port Saeed today,I literally looked up the head offices so that I could drop mumy resume...little did I know that we can not do CV drop.But when I sat down to send my email..something that could take 3 minutes or less,he instead told security guard on duty that I was disturbing his peace.This is not how they handle clients really....atleast not the front desk managers.Communicate,Do not malice.#Racism is primitive.

My gas stove has not been delivered , it was meant to be delivered after 2-3days it’s now day 10 , no one has the courtesy to call us or update us , the customer service is a dead end . Contact us option never work on the application, Everytime we called to Customer care waiting is average 15-17mins. The main concern is they deducted the delivery charge for the item which they never delivered , like from one week i am constantly following up.but no one is responding. NO actions taken on the ticket number as well.

I would like to raise an official complaint and I purposely am not sending it to customer service because theyre what has actually led me here. I dont trust that my complaint is reaching anywhere or even have the slightest chance in getting resolved with them. My issue started in December 2020 when I placed an order and had allegedly received it when I didnt. I have been contacting them ever since to get a refund that is under process for one month and 10 days so far. I have not received any correspondes regarding the matter, no refund email, no complaint status or anything even acknowledging they are doing something about it, mind you this is not my first incident while facing any issues with my orders. Im sorry to say that carrefour customer service is the worst ever in the region which lacks professionalism or caring for customer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service!Bought an item on the their website and it came with a different plug than the one used in the UAE. It was of course not mentioned on the website.Carrefour keep saying its not their fault as it is coming from another supplier.They dont make sure items sold on their website are with an UAE plug.They also refused to send an adaptator free of charge to use the item.

I am disgusted with carrefour Jordan and I hope this is the corporate site.Either they stop the points program or stop meddling with it. It is unprofessional what they are doing to their customers. I spend on average between $1700 - $2000 a month there for over 10 years since I live close to city mall, and used to get when they started the program in Jordan an average of $15 a week or more. Lately or to be precise since march they stopped giving point or started to cut down drastically. I know its not the amount of money you spend but which products. I buy mostly carrefour products since thats were the points are given. Now since the past week I spent over $450 with ZERO POINTS.. This is frostrating and many of your customers ate turning to Safeway since their prices are competitive with yours and you get points on the amount of money you spend.I hope someone from corporate gets to the bottom of this before its to late.Odeh [email protected]

Its slowly enough, the salerys around the world getting lower and lower and Carrefour get higher and higher with the prices, every months increase the price for many products - its a shame and its enough! After many years I stop now buying my things in Carrefour - its so a wrong management and money sharks - if I ask why again the prices is higher say the management in Dubai its because of the tax... Ha ha ha its really funny how un smart the people in the management, I hope one day no one will go to this supermarkt anymore... Its a shame absolute a shame!!!!!

The absolute WORST service. First time I bought a fridge (delivered late as usual) and then I cancelled the order the next day well within the 7 days period. Its now been 12 DAYS and at least 6 phone calls, yet no one cares to call back and pick up the fridge. The representatives they have are completely useless. They are just phone operators. The issue has been escalated to their operations department numerous times yet NO ONE Cares! DO NOT BUY any appliances or electronics from this terrible store because God help you should you have any issues.

I have ordered three items under order no.15533409137451. Out of which only one item is delivered. One is as out of stock. One item was Ariel 2L*4 detergent liquid which is still not delivered however money is deducted from my account and in your portal it shows item is delivered.I have got message on 23/3/2020 that this item was out for delivery but never received nor any call from delivery boy nor any message of receipt of this material.I believe customer care number is just for namesake as nobody picks up the call. I am trying to contact customer service team from last 2 months without any success.They should close online store as service is very poor.

There is no possibility to rate with less than one star, this is why I chose one.***Unlike other marketplaces, Carrefour marketplace prevents the costumer from reaching the supplier for refund or return!!!***On April, I bought a product from Carrefour website that turned out to be from a third party. The product was defective and, I tried to reachout the customer care with no luck as the lines were busy all the time. Finally, when I successfully reached the customer care, they refused to return or refund because the return policy works in the first 7 days of the delivery.When I decided to reach out the supplier myself, I checked the Carrefour website where I did not find the contact information of the supplier. The contact information of the supplier they provided over the phone are wrong (the supplier does not respond to any).Be careful when buying online, as it may becomes very annoying when you need to refer to the customer service because of lack of professionalism and sympathy.

The online shopping experience has always been bad, but now during Covid-19 is simply HORRIBLE.Carrefour charges full amount, however they dont deliver all the products paid for, and they dont refund the extra money charged!When you complaint, they dont do anything. After 5 calls over 5 weeks, several complaints, nothing happens. NO MONEY IS REFUNDED, NOBODY CONTACTS YOU ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS.1.I ask for their email so I can send my credit card statement to proove no refund has been made, but they dont have an email!!!2. You ask for a supervisor and the say we cant transfer the call to a supervisor!!!ALL DOORS ARE CLOSED WHEN ITS TIME TO GET REFUNDED.So all they have set up is a way to get your money IN, very easily, but to refund it... Nothing really flows in their system.

The worst place where you can purchase the item!!! Guest service is disrespectfully answering... the item that we received on 28th of May (and there was a manufactured problems) and we try to exchange it but they are so careless. From 30th of May we still waiting for any update. We called already 4times to check any update, no one contacted us, no one gave us clear answer and on top of that when you are trying to explain your concern your workers are answering rude, saying “are you the only one who’s gonna talk or you let me also” I’m going to complain to Dubai DED!!!

I have made an online purchase for the first time ever on 30/3/2020 and till today 28/4/2020 the delivery has not been delivered. Tried calling them many times and it take ages to respond, after talking to the representatives 6 times since date of purchase and they keep saying we are busy and over loaded and will deliver soon without informing any date. why does Carrefour inform me on my date of purchase and post on the media and other channels that items needs 3 to 5 days to be delivered?!With the big name they have, unfortunately there is no tracking systems on their website or apps to track the items too. Worst experience ever, thieves taking ur money online and then stop their call center from receiving calls, i cannot track my order neither have an option to cancel it. They just cut the money from my card and thats it. Id like to express my concern about the work of such a big company like yours.I made an order on 27th of March but due to lockdown it has not been delivered. On the 5th of April I cancelled it but till now I havent received refund. I keep calling call center and they are of no help. The order shows PROCESSING status till now and every person I am talking to is giving me different explanations trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. In these days when people are suffering from lockdown and personally me not getting paid the amount of 1229 dhs is really big.I lost the trust to Carrefour company and the call center and the social media is my last resort. I placed an order on March 9 and per practice it was supposed to be delivered on March 10 yet it was scheduled for delivery on March 11 between 12 and 2 pm. At 12.30pm I received sms that the order might be delayed and someone from customer service will contact me if further delay occurs. As expected no one called! At 7pm I called the customer service to inquire on the delay, after 14 min on hold, the operator Jenin answered the call and took all the details and then put me on hold for another 5 min, that’s 19 min on hold! After that he said he is not sure why the order was delayed and he sent a message to the store to call me back. Being consuming goods and food, I needed an immediate action or to call the store at once to see if the order will be delivered or should place a new one. Jenin didn’t share store details and kept repeating the same message over and over again, it was 29 min call by now, and when I insisted on my position, he simply disconnected the call without giving me a reference to follow up neither a complain number. Such lousy customer service and impolite way to handle customer calls, not to mention the delay, is totally not acceptable. Simply if Carrefour can’t handle deliveries and is not equipped with a proper team to do so, please advise the customers so we can move to another platform which can Service us better, and they are in hundreds in UAE!

Delivery person never came with the delivery scheduled for today, stating that he was trying to call me but I didnt answer the phone.Yes, I didnt answer the phone however I was at home all day.He claim that he didnt came as I have security in my building and he has to call first.I check with my security and they told me that no one from Carrefour came today.Is this your company policy to assume that customer is not at home if customer dont answer call on selfphone?Thus my order were sent back to the shop on the ground that I wasnt available (yes I wasnt available on my selfphone but I was available at home to recive thos delivery).If delivery assistant bother to actually come to my building, even if he didnt want to waist time coming upstairs to check if someone is home (there is no need for permission to do so in my building) he could use interphone in the lobby to check if Im home.Anyway despite that, between 3.15-5.45 pm I call 4 times your customer service. Nothing been done so far to rescheduled delivery. Each of the the customer service representative (I think I spoke to 3 different people) told me that someone will call me back. When no one call after one hour, I call again to check, again I been told that someone will call me back but in case there is no call I should call after one hour.So I did, two times and again I was told that someone will call me and in case I dont get call, I should call them again.Now its getting beyond ridiculous.First your delivery never come, and you are trying to tell me its because I wasnt available, after your assumption that Im not home since I didnt answer selfphone call and now you are asking me to call every one hour if the delivery can be rescheduled.This is so unprofessional that on this stage I dont even know what to say. By now it could be all sorted out but sadly your customer service employees are just to listen not to help neither do any action.
