Worst customer service. Arun the admin staff dont know how to talk to customer he need to know that what he gets paid is from customer pocket only. He act like owner of the company. Another staff Lencet he is slowest person on the earth never reply to any email or neither answer any customer call. I will never stay in there rented apartment neither recommend my family and friends. Staff need to be proactive and no proper communication with other department and should understand customer needs. Very bad attitude staff. Hope owner reads this and train the staff how to deal with customer

Agree to the last two reviews. They were not rude to me, but they tried to. As I understood, it mostly depends on who they talking to. If you give some room for a rude conversation, you wont find an escape. As much as I am patient, there was a person I wanted to slap badly. I dont want to call his name here for two reasons:* first of all he is not worth it, probably uneducated fella from the province, there is not much to expect form him in this case.* second, even if I did call his name, it is not going to help. If the personnel at managerial positions are acting in such incompetence, that tells me a lot about the owners. So why waste my effort for something which is not going to lead to any change.One word - shame!
