Tastes just like pizza in Italy! Average AED70/person. Pleasantly surprised at the crunchiness of the pizza dough and flavour of bufalina cheese. The tiramisu had a bit too much cocoa powder on top which is choking if eaten too quickly. It is very noisy inside the restaurant so this not for someone who likes peace & quiet. Looking forward to trying a different pizza here.

I was delighted upon entering the shop as it was attracted to me because of the pasta retails and pasta sauce. I was walking around to check but no one bothered to greet me or ask me what I need. I wanted to ask more about the products. But the staff there seems to be busy talking with each other. Not to nag about it, but I felt unwanted maybe because I am a filipino neither maybe some nationality entering there same as staff nationality will not be entertained. Sorry to say but it felt like that when in fact in the first place, every person walking in considered to be a consumer buyer. Eataly have a named in the food industry, so far dubai mall branch well considered great in terms of customer service.

Great selection of Italian goods, pretty nice service and amazing penne arrabbiata... my very fav plate in both Dubai mall and festival city location. Simply perfect yummy sauce just like in Italy 🥳

If you dreaming of real Italian pizza were you will feel fresh tomato sauce and taste of real mozzarella taste and little of spicy olive oil be aware you in heaven . Ps that pizza should be eaten with your hand by grasping slice after another please dont use fork and knife

Eataly is perfect place for fine dine in with your family or loved ones. A great place of Italian cuisine. I went there on my birthday and they gave me complimentary pizza for my birthday. I enjoyed a a lot with my family. Moreover , the quantity and the taste was pretty good.

The presentation of the dish is good, but very little shrimp. I love the restaurant but would not eat that dish again.

Excellent Italian restaurant in Dubai. Great ambience and courteous staff. Outdoor seating available with water promenade view. We had the fantastic must-have margarita pizza, beef fillet and grilled salmon dishes with passion fruit mojito and cheesecakes.Great dinner experience with family and kids. Would definitely come back.

Managed to tick this off our list of places to eat in town. Excellent service, accommodating staff, great selection on the menu. We were supposed to have a quick lunch but turned out of be longer one. 3 main course and drinks between 2 of us! Thank you so much guys!

Good location in the Mall, overlooking the Creek.Good variety of menu choices and the food really was well cooked and excellent. Service very good too.Usual caveats apply - no free filtered water etc, and hugely overpriced dfinks, so just share a bottle of water to avoid being fleeced.Apart from a small portion lunchtime offer they engage in no Entertainer or credit card deals, just Emirates platinum.So the high drinks pricing kept me from giving it 5*.Good food though and a pleasant deli with high quality sauces and pastas all at double the price youd pay in Italy.Just play the game, enjoy the food and minimise the drinks and its a good experience.

Eataly has such a great ambiance and feel. The breakfast here is great, but I’m a fan of their coffee drinks and dessert. The affogato is a must have. The pizza and pasta are highly recommended as well. So full of taste. It’s just too delicious

A very distinguished restaurant, with a menu that has a large variety of good foods. Gets my 5/5 stars flag. It is a favorite of mine when I feel like enjoying an Italian cuisine.All in all, gains 4 stars from me due to removal of DueStagioni Drink which was one of my favorites.

Great food and fresh! Great selection of Italian appetizers, entrees and desserts. Coffee is a little off sometimes, like either too sweet or bitter. They should have more unsweetened non-dairy milk options. It’s a great place to do some quality Italian grocery shopping.

Fresh and good quality Italian Food. The plating and the service is fantastic I commend all the staff for being professional, friendly and attentive.My friend and I had calamari, arancinni, beef lasagne, salmon on sweet potato and fresh watermelon juice. Food was too good that we dive on it straight away. I regret I didnt take a photo to share here.There are authentic Italian products on the shelves as you enter the restaurant. It has a view of the waterfront and must be nice to see the light show in the evening. I would love to come back and try other food in the menu..

Italian pasta far away from home that is pretty good...

Food is always great, no complaints there! But one particular evening, we came a bit later than usual. We were informed at the entrance that our order would be the last, and we can come in but just that they will stop taking orders soon. We came in, and the waiter reminded us again that we came late and that theyre closing soon, which made us feel horrible for coming, even though we did infact come before the official last order, and 50 minutes before official closing time. I would have much rather they simply inform us that they were closing and not let us in, rather than the vague inbetween of You can come eat.. but should you? I know the wait staff truly didnt mean any harm, but I also wouldnt want any other customer to experience what we did, which is why Im leaving this review.

Amazing view of the Festival City Imagine fountains. Food was however too healthy for me as I find it under-seasoned. Probably thats when the salt on the table is needed. Highly recommended to go for the fresh pasta

Beautiful experience, amazing food, filling portions.I dined here just last night. I wish I had taken of the beautiful dished we had, but we were too busy hovering up the food that was served to us.I had the Mushroom risotto and my husband had the ravioli. We both tasted each others dishes and were blown away. You can really taste that the ingredients are well chosen.What we loved:- Bread, oil and balsamic vinegar is served before the food comes out. This really helps passing the waiting time.- The attention to detail from the staff. It is the first place where i was asked how i would like my risotto served. (al dente or well done). The waitress was kind and quick with any request.- The food! Honestly delicious, mouth-watering dishes.- The parmesan cheese was served on the side so you could decide how much to put on top. This really helps as the dishes are already so flavourful and cheese-rich that they dont need to much else.Recommendation:- Personally, me and both my husband thought that the risotto was a super big portion. It is such a rich dish that it can become overly sickly to eat way too much of it. It would be nice if half portions were available for certain dishes as this one. This one is just a comment from someone who does not like to waste food... I am sore there are others like me!:)Overall: 100% worth the money. Great Italian food and lovely staff.

My first time going to Eataly was a very good experience.Excellent menu choices but I settled on my usual seafood pasta. Seafood tasted fresh, pasta was well-cooked and the dish definitely packed with flavour.My friend ordered a creamy mushroom pasta, he said it was amazing.There is a choice to dine inside and outside.Outside views are nice, it looks out to the water where there is a water show.Staff are attentive.Restaurant is clean.Nice busy atmosphere.Also, you can buy Italian products here like sauces, pasta, sweets and so on.Very happy customer, I’d happily go back again (:

Amazing pizza and Tiramisu

Ordered from Alla Pala - I had the 4 cheese pizza and the buffalo mozzerella pizza. Did not enjoy the taste at all, I expected more from this company. The pizza was also soggy and wet.

Margerita pizza is excellent. Eggs plates are average. Tiramisu is average. Capacino is average

It was such a great feeling to be transported for an hour to Eataly in Corso Como Milano!I missed the great choices of Italian delights for cooking, drinking and enjoy il cibo alto dItalia.The store is very well organized and displayed.Great real Italian products choices.Prices were not high comparing to how everything is soooo expensive in Dubai(super market wise).We had the lunch menu which includes primo e secondo.. The Pizza was very good and also the fresh Salad I had as a primo a for meal for 52 AED!Festival city mall is also a great location for the quality of clientele, great views and nice atmosphere.Looling forward to visit back regularly.

This is real Italian food, the taste is really perfect. The thing I liked the most is the fried mozzarella cheese then the Margarita Pizza then the Lasagna. The food is very delicious, I highly recommend it.

Don’t appreciate the changing offerings for lunch, specifically the lunch set menu, available one day gone the next. For someone trusting the venue for a quick nice lunch it’s a disappointment to see it gone the next time I visit.Shame

Amazing view and very friendly staff. I ordered the new seafood stew, it was nicely done, yet the portion Is a bit small. Order that if you like tomato soup. I ordered watermelon juice as well it was fresh but wasnt cold

I have to say that i am in love with Eataly in Dubai Mall and the concept in general, but this one in Festival City is seriously lagging behind the original one in terms of final experience.Although in a more attractive place with nice view it fails to create the atmosphere of the one in. Food quality is on the same level in both or nearly same, however while in Dubai Mall they always have everything in FC branch you will hear a verity of excuses as soon as you wish anything than pasta. Service is slow, not intuitive, prone to mistakes above the average level in Dubai restaurants, not attentive like in DM branch.If stand-alone I may rate it 3*, however with DM-branch setting the mark and this one failing to create same experience it is just on the level of any low-cost Italian restaurant in town.

That the first time I tried Eataly restaurantIt was amazing experience and I found it great also they have a lot of things like sweets and ice cream and candies also many kind of bread and pasta and many things for kitchen you will find it there.Some one told me they have branch in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.I recommend there margarita pizza 👏🏻👌🏻

Meh, they are supposed to know of Italian delicatessens. Again, another place where they got the cheapest staff. My waiter could not even understand “espresso”.Not all the menu is available and one discovers as he orders. No mascarpone, no ricotta, a very restricted range of Italian products.No manager on sight.Pity, the place should sell premium products. My perception is the one of a cheap shop. Never again.

I went once to the restaurant, actually liked their food a lot !But on my second visit, We had a horrible experience.We ordered few appetizers, 3 main dishes, 2 soft drinks, and a drink called “mandarin” or something like that. Long story short there was a piece of hair in the drink !After showing it to the manager all he did was deduct the drink & a sandwich off the bill.And of course the usual “sorry, won’t happen again”I can tolerate everything in a restaurant but when it comes to hygiene it’s a big NO !Pictures for the reference.

This is an amazing establishment. The high quality of the supplies, meals, and staff makes this outlet a must see. The team members are simply all about service. It is a must stop when in Festival City Mall.

Yes now thats what I call legendary place.Excellent staff especially Mr Mahmoud. Excellent attention to details with us. The view is amazing too as you can see the sunset as well as Imagine lighting show.The food was very delicious as well. My lady and I really enjoyed it there...

Took a breakfast today with the family and the experience was not good.Staff was very slow and not professional. The eggs were cold, we asked for the coffee to be surfed with the food and we had to remind them repeatedly after we finish. Even the taste was below average!!Not up to Eataly standard...

When we ordered food it was cold , and drinks came at last, then we asked for the dessert menu and had to wait fifteen minutes for someone to come. Service overall disaster under the circumstances that we were the only guests in the restaurant.They should be ashamed.The manager was sitting literally at the next table and did not even blink but he was stuck behind his laptop. Disaster!For the restaurant like this they should at least train their stuff properly.Honestly disappointing.

Food was good, as close as can be to real Italian cuisine in dubai. They offer a nice view of the imagine laser show in they creek bay, not to miss if you go for dinner. The only drawback is they do not have an alcohol license to serve wine with the food.

We stood at the door for than 15 minutes everyone kept looking but no one came to seat us. I was a very loyal customer with my brother but I guess they lost us.

You cannot call it Eataly thats a shame. Everything is so bellow the average, service, quality and choices. Cookers are mainly Indians and the taste is not how is supposing to be. Desserts are the worst one , better to avoid them. Sorry for being so critical but thats the truth.

Great place if your looking to have fresh pasta.The selection on their menu is very vast and my favorite is the bolognese 🍝. They have one of the best olive oils i have had in Dubai. They have over 10 different oils to select with fresh bread as starters.The desserts are good I love the home made ice cream 🍦 they have and the price is good based on the service and quality of food.

I just had a cappuccino but their services is great and the prices are great for the excellent coffee. Also the view is very nice

Tried the gnocchi today for lunch, loved it..Pomegranate juice was so fresh and tasty..I would definitly go back soon to try the pizza and coffe.. I loved the kitchen supplies, new items are in display.. Beautiful colours, good quality and reasonable prize..For food items, make sure to check the expiration date of the products..

Loved the food! Only the main course though. The starters were a bit disappointing (mozzarella sticks). We didnt stick around for dessert but Im going back for their pasta for sure. Staff were attentive too.

It is overhyped:For people with high taste and attention to details this is not a place to go. Many items in the menu are not available. Tables are not well cleaned. Menu options are not well thought and lacks light and small bites options. They put 1 tissue per person and you have to keep asking for extra one. Balsamic vinegar and olives oil were below average in terms of quality. The staff are not trained to listen carefully to customers request.

Great food and variety. A bit pricey but worth it considering food freshness, quality and variety. I definitely recommend.

For a chain of its size and being on the relatively pricy end for Italian food, i was totally disappointed. The first disappointment was the lack of generosity. For example, I ordered a prawn linguine that came packed with linguine pasta and 2 sad overcooked prawns. When I asked the waiter if this is how they usually serve it, he paused for a bit and then started justifying that they usually mince small pieces of prawns, when i asked him to show me the small pieces, he couldnt find any but still stood there resisting my comment. Then came my second disappointment which was when I asked the waiter, do you think that this platter is worth AED90? He shook his head, apologized and took the platter, only to return it with a few prawn splinters here and there.Our bill as a family was over AED500, none of us found it to be value for money we came out determined never to return.

OverratedOver pricedService was bad where waiters were standing all together in a corner having a chat and a laugh while customers were trying to get attention. Tables were left unclean and in a messy shape.Food was way below average and way over priced. I paid Aed 166 for a starter and a main course!!
