An amazing mentor, highly professional and a very good human being. I was completely zero in baking and now its I am getting compliments from the family and friends for the wonderful cakes I bake. Apart from Baking level 1 course, another culinary courses I joined were healthy & delicious bitter gourd dishes, no bake cheese cakes, Japanese veg Sushi & Diet cup cakes. Allow me to preface my review by stating that I am a beginner student of culinary arts in vegeterian cuisines and eggless baking. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and take delight in learning how they are made by real cooks. I must say baking is my new found love. I have had the pleasure of taking many cooking and baking classes at Vandana Jain Culinary Courses (VJCC) School and have simply rejoiced in taking classes from Vandana Maam. She is not only lovely and gracious but is simply a fascinating and delightful teacher. She teaches from the heart and answers every question with patience. She has an amazing teaching style of both culinary arts as well as techniques. And when you are thinking about how you will manage a particular difficult to find ingredient, she surprises everyone with the simple substitutes which can be found easily.
