How to find 1-20 Building? take right after West Zone Supermarkets before the traffic lights, go straight the last building right side. Easy to find 😀

Location is good, but all paid parking, 4 dhs per hour including fridays

Worst living place in Dubai, only good thing about this community is Public transport, otherwise this is the worst place to live in Dubai. And there are a lot of factors behind it like, no parking, no gym, no swimming pool, Empower Ac which is going to suck your wallet. And not very friendly for the family as companies are taking these apartments for their staff.

Fantastic, I now get to work in just 10minutes instead of 25minutes! Only 1 traffic signal in between, its soo nice!!!😊

Paid Parking . For tenants 2.5K DHS per year. For others perday 32 DHS. Per hour 4dhs. Too expensive Mall-Westzone Mall inside the community.But outside the community there are 3 shopping Malls.: Al khail mall Azhar al madina supermarket and Express Madina.
