Most horrible companyThey have taken my laptop… there is no response. Nobody picks up the phone… you call their helpline and even after 40 minutes nobody picks up the phone. The most horrible experience i faced. And if they are authorized by Lenovo than i will never buy Lenovo again. I am down 4000 AED and end up with faulty brand new laptop and no response

Bought a new lenovo laptop from al ain center… 2nd day there was a manufacturing defect and the battery was draining within an hour.. we went to the distributor they sent us to ensure. Endure took our laptop and created work order. After 2 days we got a call from technician who asked about the issue. After telking them it has been 3 days. No information about the product… nobody picks the phone. I put the call for 30 minutes on customer care… no response. Utterly disappointing experience

Waiting at their office in Al Khaleel Center. Google said opening hours is 8 am but their office notice says 10 am. It’s 10.05 am still office is not open
