Excellent experience! My computer problem was attended same day by a professional technician who then also got the required replacement parts. On time, reliable, fast, friendly and professional.

Very poor service and and not professional at all. Tried fixing my macbook with them and got ruined again after a few months and can never be fixed again. Despite i hardly used it but got ruined again. They took 2 months just to give me an update and tell me it wont be fixed. And after all of this, they wanted to charge me money for doing nothing and 450 aed just to transfer my data from the laptop to a external disk.I dont recommend anyone to deal with such poor service and scammers.
