For the first time I was hesitant to try getting my apple product repaired from any place other than Apple store. Yet taking my time and eventually deciding to get it repaired from Althawra Computer team, whose attendant has been truly cooperative in providing details and answering every query of mine, I got my product fixed in appropriate time. I am truly satisfied with their services. They have provided with door pick up and delivery efficient services along with every professional formality that is to be done securing customer. Very cooperative, informative and professional staff. I am glad I have found such a reliable source for getting my personal items repaired. I must truly recommend them. They repaired my product with responsibility and informed me everything in time with honesty, that what truly counts for long term relations with clientele.

Had a positive experience with the guys now and then while asking for different small computer & phone related favors/fixes, which I cannot do myself due to lack of equipment at home. Its decent accessories & repair shop, convenient for JBR neighborhood. Client-oriented, could reach it in late hours pretty often.

My son had accidentally dropped my Apple watch and the glass shattered in the bathroom. Apple wanted to charge me AED 2600 for a replacement, with only 3 months coverage - NO AppleCare available. So I was searching for a solution at a more compelling price and found Althawra!The gentleman contacted me via Whatsapp, asked some clarifying questions about the condition and provided me with a price quote - AED 460. I agreed, within 3hrs a pickup was arranged and the courier picked up the watch. A written order confirmation was provided to me. Within 2 days I received a response that the watch had been fixed. A courier came and brought me the watch back - in meticulous condition and nice wrapped in bubble wrap alongside a paper invoice.I am EXTREMELY satisfied by the service of a small shop like this and the quality of work! I would approach them again by any repairs in the same field. Way better and environmentally friendly solution, than paying for an expensive Apple replacement with little warranty period…

My phone was not charging and headphones werent working. Sada cleaned the ports in no time and was very friendly. Great service and great shop, I would definitely recommend Althawra for all phone issues.

NOT A PROFESSIONAL DATA RECOVERY COMPANYIm sure theyre great at selling PC parts, but I wouldnt trust them for data recovery. They take a cowboy approach ie. mismanaging my case and taking unnecessary risks. They told me not to use the hard drive in order not to damage it further, yet they spent 2 days trying to extract the data using software in Ajman, after telling me the software doesnt damage the drive. They later tried to replace damaged heads on my drive 3 times without success. Later after speaking with other data recovery companies, I was informed that using any software to do any scanning on a drive with bad heads will cause further damage, and replacing the heads 3 times on a drive is unnecessary and could do further damage to the drive... I chose to trust the word of Althawra and this was my mistake... they dont have the knowledge or experience to manage data recovery, everything they do is outsourced... AVOID THEM FOR DATA RECOVERY!In response to the owners reply:The first time I brought the drive to you no one had worked on it and the drive was working. You attempted a software data recovery for 2 days in Ajman as mentioned above - this is what damaged the drive further. I then took it to another company to take a look, and they noticed the files were not accessible any more due to further damage. They attempted to do a recovery once, but failed and then handed it back to me to avoid further damage. Then I went to you for a second attempt as you said you could fix it. The other company I took it to is a professional company and I have successfully used them in the past to recover my data. I was wrong to trust that your company could do a successful job. Dont take offense, but just accept you are not a professional data recovery company and you need to know when to walk away from a job if it is not within your level of expertise.

This small unassuming shop on the plaza level of Sadaf is a little hidden gem. Saddam has helped me sort many technical issues easily and promptly. Very helpful guys. They do mobile and laptop repairs and diagnostics as well as sell computer parts and accessories. Highly recommended

They did door delivery service pick and drop ..and did the service of my phone within 24hrs.. very happy with the service..main thing they did not charge extra..in some shops if we dont agree for repair .. just for diagnosing they are charging 50aed... So happy with overall service🙂
