Never ever repair or purchase with these guys, once they get paid, their engineers, their secretary, wont answer ur call, their engineers have no experience, zero experience in their work, false promises and claims, we have been trying to repair our photocopier with them since 3 months and paid about 4k AED, and until now, our photocopier is not working, dont trust or go with their words....i am tring to reach them every single day, and every time they make false promises, their engineers have no idea on how to repair photocopier without R&D coz they dont have any experience.. DONT GO WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET, KEEP YOUR $$$ SAFE
