My 2TB drive didnt work after forced power shutdown of frozen computer...... I visited other data recovery shop first and they couldnt retrieve the data. They cant fix hardware problem of seagate slim harddisk in 10 days. Also no update from them unless you call them in those 10 days. Go for another professional lab.

Apple wanted to change my 2015 Macbook Air trackpad and keyboard (730dhs), logic board (800dhs) and extra 300dhs for labour (dont forget tax on top of this).Our friend here changed the trackpad only, cleaned the connectors of the logic board : 1/4 of Apple quotation. They recovered my personal data around 4.5 TB, data privacy was guaranteed, although it took a bit longer to recover, I am still happy that I didnt loose all of my lifetime memories. Remember to not do any experiment with ur HDD, just bring it to them when you find any issues. I was so near to destroy all the data by overwriting the existing data as I was not aware that it may have permanently deleted the files. We used LifeGuard Data Recovery a couple of weeks ago to recover over 400GB of information on a fairly old Mac.LifeGuard not only performed the recovery expertly and completely (retrieving all the data on the crashed drive), they did it with personal attention, concern, and a sense of urgency.We first call another company on a Saturday evening. They were professional but inflexible in terms of timing. LifeGuard showed personalized service and said that they would wait past their closing hours so that we could bring in the computer late Saturday night and they would run a diagnostic check that same night to help put our mind to rest.We arrived at 10:00pm and they immediately proceeded to check on the status of the drive. In about half an hour they were able to tell us that the hard drive was not damaged and that even though the process would take a while due to the amount of data (2-3 days), we could rest assured that the data was still there.I highly recommend LifeGuard.
