We came for my babys vaccination. But only one is allowed inside. All the staffs are good and provided good customer service. Really appreciate sister Rajani for her excellent service. She is highly professional and kind. Taken care of my baby well.

Since pandemic entrance is only allowed to one of the parents, no others. Smooth and fast (as possible) process for baby calcination and I do not agree with those who said nurse or doctor treat the babies as cattle. They are caring and questioning, try they own best for finish the vacination knowing the baby will cry. Parent is holding the baby, your job to comfort your baby. Watch in youtube the technics for stop cry your baby fast, is a truly working Technics.

I would like to thank sister Amira and sister Abir for going beyond what is expected of them!my son is scheduled for 8:30 vaccination and we came around 8:35 because of the traffic (it was thursday night!).The nurses are not accommodating us because we are late already. Mind you I waited for how many weeks for our schedule and was in a hurry to go out from work to reach the center on time. and when we came there I was not entertained and some of the nurses are making faces already despite of my pleading to make time for my son. I am asking to consider us since we are there already and I already explained our situation, but unfortunately none of them listen.Frustrated, we walked our way out, but this lovely reception lady Amira runs towards us saying Come come! we will help you! Alhamdulillah! She then assists us to Ms Abir who happily vaccinated my son. They played cocomelon song to help my son calm down. So sweet!To the management of the center pls I hope you keep more people like them!

Such a very bad experience at the centre. They don’t assist a lady with a baby to get to the counter and asked her to stand outside the door until the husband is done with registration. Agreed that this is due to covid protocols but at least there should be customer service. The security named Abbas with low hair, 5.7 feet tall, 70kgs of weight from Aminco Security company who was on duty on 07th June at 1615H is rude and doesn’t help people coming to the center. He even let 2 other customers together at 1620H with no one stopping. Kindly take necessary actions and ensure to provide proper customer service.

Waiting time is not acceptable, I attended in my booking time, but now its over 1 hour still waiting,what the point of book appointment if queue not respected.

Excellent experience, I am really impressed with the customer services. Staff is very helpful and made process so easy that a layman can get things done in minutes.I heard its too difficult to get vaccination at health centre, but I was surprised when staff made my sons health card in 5 minutes and gave us vaccination appointment for very next business day.I have been using private hospitals for my other kids vaccination and spend thousands, but now realise that its worth while going to health centre. Recommend to everyone to avail this service for vaccination and save your money.

Very bad reception, worse nurses and they do not give your child any help and do not give you the necessary instructions after vaccination and treat you as if you are not welcome and there is no organization

We come today Nov 14. Its saturday and they should be open as per their schedule till 1pm but the guards didnt let us in and said they are closed and will resume on sunday. Disappointed with their online information of their schedule. They should update at least to prevent providing wrong information regarding their schedule.

Staff was friendly but the nurse that vaccinated my son was treating him like cattle. Also the waiting time queue doesnt respect reservations at all! Had to wait 40 min for my turn, so whats the point of reserving a time slot?This was my first time having to visit your clinic due to the COVID-19 restrictions, before I was going to Al Barsha Health clinic and they were far more superior and professional. Especially when it comes to handling a baby!If I had a choice I wouldnt visit there ever again, but I guess out of all the options in Dubai this is the one DHA had to select

We came here for baby vaccination, only one person allowed to go inside with the baby because of COVID-19 precautions.

Healthcare staff was excellent and so does the admin and back office team but your security was very very very rude , disrespectful and arrogant. Please train him on how to speak to visitors /patients. This is my first visit to your clinic and it was a bizarre experience. Hope this will not get repeated again . We were late by 10 min and eventhough clinic is still open he lied to me saying the nurses and doctor have left the clinic , and it was still 8.45pm. I wouldnt have mind if he didnt allow us but his rude behavior is unacceptable .

New registration was smooth & quick, appointment arranged at the same time & we could finish all in about 30 mins., including vaccination. Friendly staff. Due to pandemic precautions only one adult allowed with a child.

As a new mother, today was my first time with my son for his vaccination! And dr. Fatma sultan alolama was amazing with my son and with me as i was very nervous.she is a great doctor made me realize that government hospital do have great doctors! Id definitely go to her for my son’s checks if possible

Free Parking available just outside the premises. friendly staff. clean surroundings. for family medicine, no prior appointment required. for antenatal service and child health service prior appointment required.. not all the insurance are accepting , TO OPEN A FILE, NEED TO PRESENT ANY DOCUMENT WHICH STATES YOUR PLACE OF LIVING.

Just came from there to register my baby for vaccination. The ladies at the reception need a lesson or two on customer service. I had to wait for them to finish their chit chat. And when l asked for directions, they looked like lm disturbing them.However, the lady at counter 3 today and the immunization nurses are amazing !! Helpful and friendly.

Very long waiting hours for dental clinic .and finally doctors are not willing to work.they just ask you to take another appointment to paediatric dental which will be after 1or 2 month .if they can not handle children they should not accept registration in first place.It happened with me twice with different doctors and same details .And I had to go somewhere else to get the service .

VERY WONDERFUL PLACE FOR FAMILY TREATMENT

Yeah, some time it happens because of usually 1 staff person is entertaining the patient, and specially for dentist appointment should be booked before 2:00 pm

Good. Visiting this Center for my kids vaccination, staff and the doctor are very good. And there is not much rush usually. The paediatrician is very good. If you have a basic insurance and your child get vaccinated in Govt centers ,this is good. They charge you in the first registration for health card,may be around 150AED but then you dont have to pay anything unlike private where you pay 10% or 20% as per insurance policy. So 10% of 1000AED becomes 100AED, you save this amount as GOVT health centers dont charge anything

Very slow Service. Not at all close to Dubai standard. It takes 2 hrs minimum to get medicine and come out. I do not understand why admins takes too long for giving medicine and closing ID scan part.

You can schedule, cancel or even reschedule via call center or Sehhaty Smart app. Very helpful staff and customer support. Child care is really good.Calm and serene greeny environment.

Treatment provided in Al Mamzar is excellent. Recently Al Mamzar Health Center got accredited from JCI

Nobody answers the phone and there is no way to communicate

The health services provided are excellent, and they have a department to vaccinate children.The clinic was filled with Asians, and the citizen became lost, among them we had to wait a long time, as if we were in a private clinic.
