I have been calling them so many times but nobody is picking up the call.Pakistan Medical Centres customer service is very poor.This is one of the medical centres where they never ever attend calls.If you go to the medical centre then they are telling you that you cannot see the doctor, you need to take the appointment but when you call them they are not answering your calls.Moreover the customer service representative needs to be polite and have great patience.I hope that the concerned authorities will look into these matters and take suitable measures to solve these issues at the earliest.

Visited Pakistan Medical Center to avail one test offer. Came to know that its the pioneer kind of self supported project to provide basic medical services to whole community without any difference of any nationality. People can select charity option incase they dont have any insurance or resources or either can pay their small amount charges. Community can also support this noble cause by Purchasing a brick option with them to enter their social part for this cause.

The normal fee gynecologist charging in private medical center is 250 plus ultrasounds are charge separately it will be my first time delivering in dubai and i am daily searching for an affordable GYN i heard about PMCPAD that they are non profit organization and fee is affordable but to my surprise they are charging the same as private medical center 250 for the Gyn and THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID ultrasounds starting price is AED 250 (price may be higher) depending on the US advised by the Gynecologist. I asked for the discount they replied these are discounted rates. Thank you so much for disappointing your community how silly of me to think and believe that a Pakistani will help Pakistani. May Allah make it easy for me to find an affordable GYN

Today 1/09/2021 i went in PMC with family the staff is v good price also affordable and dr kalsoom is soft and polite and best doctor highly recomend pmc to all of my friends and family.

No body answer the calls on landline and mobile.I wanted to take an appointment however seems liie it is impossible :(Update:I went there as a walkin and found out, that they couldnt answer any calls since they were overcrowded with the walkins.And the reason is, the package they were offering was 75aed, is generally charged up to 900aed in dubai hence the rush.Overall experience was very good. All staffs were very helpful and surprised to see that they are offering medical services in such an affordable price.Its a blessing for all peeps without insurance.Highly recommended.
