The villas are affordable and cute. The community is not fully developed. It will take a couple more years.It is accessible only by owning a car or getting on a taxi. It is a bit far.

Great experience to live here!Maintenance service is not bad like other peoples reviews. Affordable schools are bit far from the community. Currently no emergency medical services available closer to the community. If there is any medical emergency, it will take some time to get the medical assistance.

Great communityGreat living spaces.The community seems to be developing and increasing the ammanities here in a weekly basis to make things more attractive.Very affordable.The only thing is the poor building quality and maintenance is a massive issue. Ive never seen a Facebook group post so many issues about faulty water pumps, solar panels, AC units, water leakages, faulty wall plugs.Once its all fixed life here is pretty good.I live how each cluster has its own play ground and pool.

Worst ever customer service and after sales. People from DAMAC call you 10 times when they want to collect money and once you have paid fully then they behave they don’t even know you and impossible to connect them when you want to. Never ever invest with them. Construction is very poor quality. People sitting in handover office are very unprofessional and incompetent. They do mistakes in your documents and then you have to go to the authorities to get them corrected.

Whether you call it Akoya or Damac Hills 2, the comunity is nice but the service is horrible. I moved in a new house, and had some major maintenance issues with AC and with water pump. I called their call center and talked to the comunity management which is located in TCOM and raised 100 complains!!! Everytime they promise that the maintenance staff will come within some hours and fix my issues, or they gave an appointment but days pass and no one comes... and so on !! They use MAB as FM company and they are horrible. Their maintenance supervisor especially in Primrose Cluster never appears and shall be immediately terminated!! They have zero sense for customer service and so 0% recommended.@Damac; if you care about your tenants and buyers, you would invest in customer care rather than in palms arround. Its the qualty of your service that is missing. And till now my water pump is not working and no any maintenance staff appears!!! 5 days with no proper water...Just Horrible....

Totally horrible construction. Too many issues with the townhouse. Every house has an issue of water leakage, ac not cooling, and our toilets have a very bad smell that one cant even enter it. The area below the sink have not been covered and sealed hence the issue. I really wonder how Damac claims this as luxury living. In more than 30 years of my living in Dubai I have not come accross a house which has so many issues. Bad maintenanceand too many issues. Please do not waste your money by coming to this community. You will regret later. Since last 2 days I had a water leakage from the roof. Now today I have another leakage in the garden area from the water tank. Your dewa bills mount up. Very cheap quality of construction

I can highly encourage you to not to move into Akoya Oxygen unless you are ready to face a lot of issues when it comes to quality of work the houses are build. Whenever you want to complain/reach someone responsible for complains or repair anything. Embrace yourself with a lot of nerves. Workers are not coming on time, in many occasions I had to remind them wearing a mask or even provide them with mask since we are in pandemic. Tiles are done in the worse way possible (moving, or chopped corners or and empty sound once you inspecting them). They are claiming the AC filter have been cleaned yet the dust coming out of it and sitting on the floor is noticeable, curtains are damaged. Once taking over the villa I even found a cigarette burn on a sheer curtain, water stains on most of the black out curtains and other damages. 2 water leakages from the tubes inside the wall was another issues. Recently facing electrical issues on ground floor and trying to get someone to fix it. This has been going on now for 3 weeks. Quality of the furniture provided by Home Center is poor. The time spend in the office dealing with managers to get things sorted is not worth the money. There is way more I could write in here.. Hope this review will make your decision on how and where to spend your money clear.

Horrible service from Damac, my house and the villas around me all have the same issues of AC not working, and leaks all over the house.The teams from Akoya come to put a temporary solution and the issue repeats in a week.I highly recommend you dont move into this area.The 1 year warranty is also a bit of a scam, since its between the owner and Akoya, not the tenant and Akoya.Damac will keep on stalling on repairs until warranty expires and then they tell you to go F yourself.

If you want to know how it is to live on Mars, in a poorly built settlement, this is the place for you. Buildings are badly designed, tiny bedrooms and really overlooked. Youll have 0 privacy! Road connections are absolutely appalling. I could go on and on about how the villas are so badly built but... Theres no point spending anymore time on this review.
