By seeing the agency name we thought the team will be Customer Service driven so we though to rent a house in this property but as we progress we noticed that customer Satisfaction or customer Service is not the motto , Team is very arrogant or adamant and they are not at all supporting the tenant for small requirements. Im very disappointed with the approach of the team..hoping Ill not have any further issue with team anymore.

We wanted a place to make it home. We liked the place but this management made it so difficult for us to take the apartment. They made us wait for days and days just to give approval of a property we just wanted to rent and not buy. They act so professional but it is really annoying the way they treat you.What is the use if you have properties for rent but cant rent and then have meeting before giving it to an individual ? Then unlist the property and sleep at home. I will tell all my community to not deal with this arrogant property management. There are many other agencies out there.

Stay away from these people. So arrogant and unprofessional. While others are asking for only 2 or 3 documents including visa, ID and passport. These people at Siddiqi ask marriage certificates and salary certificate which is confidential. And they take a lot of time to reply. You wont even get your deposit back. Better check other properties management and stay far from such arrogant management.

Excellent maintenance, friendly staff and very helpful security and concierge in the towers. I live in Capricorn tower and this is my 8th year there.

Stay far far far away from this arrogant management. They dont answer on time and asks irrelevant documents and even confidential documents which are still subject to approval and then they will tell you the manager didnt approve your demand for the apartment. I am not angry. I am just advising you to stay away and save yourself from unprofessional and very arrogant team. They will keep your documents for so long without getting back to you on time.

The worse management company ever in Dubai. Not professional at all. They dont reply on time and dont manage well the properties given to them. Its a waste of time to deal with this real state agency.If you want to lose your time and then your deposit later, stay away from these people.

I have been working in this building for a long time, the building quality is a top notch, security team are sharp and polite and the maintenance teams are amazing.

Their service is weak and the manager has no experience, neither in hours nor with visitorsI came to fix a watch and gave them the watch, asked me about the mobile number, and gave them what is the strange thing about it is that they put the number on the bill in the following order + 97150XXXXXXXI gave them my number in this order + 97156xxxxxxx. The registered number is different, but when I told him that I would take it by law, he said you do not have any evidence, so I told him what about all these cameras and the purchase receipt, so he immediately brought the watch to me and said that their system does not have this arrangement of numbers +97156 that they only have in the system + 97150 fq Tell him why do you put all these numbers in the bill. If the first five numbers that you do not have an account for. There are these numbers in the country: +97150, +97152, +97155, +97156, and +97158. I told him all these numbers are in the Emirates network numbers. When I buy Anything I can put any number from it, but he was silent and could not answer because he knew that he was wrong, but I want to know what he meant when he told me that they did not take these numbers at the beginning.I hope they stop these people alone
