Thay never done even 1 dirham maintenance in 2 years in my room

Stay away of this agencyIt is 3 months now and I didn’t get my security deposit... always saying the same reason as below ... owner is not at home country ... now owner is here since more than 6 days and they say another reasons... called the company yesterday and no one got back to meDon’t trust this agency and my advice is not to deal with. I will have to do a legal case

Agent is eager to sign a contract with you as soon as possible but once contract is signed agent virtually disappears. He keeps saying hell do it tomorrow but its been 10 days and yet I still dont even have the original contract in hands. Ive signed a tenancy contract not knowing that landlord doesnt even have property rights transferred to him from a company which used to own apartment.When calling agency, manager there is too busy to discuss my case.

Khalifa Bakhit Real Estate LLC******Do not approach******They dont clean the apartment,No AC service has ever been done, worst management, dont go by 5 stars reviews they must be their own staff, they never pick up your call, totally unprofessional, worst experience ever, agents here just want to take their commission and forget about it.This office should be shut down for good.

Still havnt recieved security deposit after over a month. After countless emails and phone calls I was eventually told the agent was doing side work and the property was not registered with them (despite everything being done through the company)Will now be contacting REWA, Landlord and likely the Police. As I am still awaiting my deposit I will not name the agent who I have been dealing with.Stay away from this agency.

Worst agency ever!!!!All the flats they have is garbage ,full of cacrosh and smiley also They take the insurance money and didnt return it back 😠😠😠I went to police and make report against themIf you dont believe me take one night and it will be the worst night in your life ...I wish I can give them minus stars

Just recommend to avoid this place. When I was leaving my apartment, where I stayed exactly (day to day)12 months,they deducted from my deposit also internet fee for 13th month.It was pure robbery.Unfortunately I forgot name of the lady,who handled it..anyway they despise custumers and overall service is just one big fake.

Security Deposit cheque was issued under the name of Owner and Khalifa Bakhit Real Estate is not responsible for any kind of deduction from your deposit .We have all required paper work to proof that apartment was painted and cleaned and you left apartment in bad condition .

What can you expect from real estate posting reviews by itself? If you want to pay money to agent & do everything by yourself then you need to choose this agency. You will get only promises that job will be done tomorrow & tomorrow will never come. I m dealing with agent Mohib, was so pushy & desperate to get the money & extremely slow to do his job. Unproffessional.

Worst possible service. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. After 5 weeks the satellite reception stopped working. Then the water heater started leaking. It took 2 months to replace it. Shortly after that, a sewage leak happened into the kitchen. Took 2 and half months to fix. Im out. Never use this company
