Customer support on whatsapp provides excellent assistance. Plus, all their staffs are soo professional and tidy. I super love Alma who comes to us every week. Shes super friendly.. punctual (she rings the bell at 8:00 sharp!).. she also goes along with my 6 cats!! they adore her and comes to her while she cleans.. She finishes on time and delivers perfect result.. Alma deserves 100 stars!! This company is truly a gem and provides unexceptional service with reasonable price..

I first booked this company for a general apartment clean a few weeks ago. I came back to a circuit that had been blown and taken out the power for the whole apartment (no idea what they plugged in to do this, esp since I had said sweeping only after a different cleaning company disabled our WiFi by plugging and unplugging things another time). On top of that the toilet that wasnt cleaned properly, the cabinet under our bathroom sink was completely flooded and my non-waterproof toiletries ruined, and the chain connecting the light fitting to the ceiling had been broken so the light was only hanging from the wire 😱They convinced me to give them another go with one hour complimentary on my next booking. I gave them a second chance and came home to find the washing still hanging outside (taking this in and folding it was on the list) and the balcony had not been cleaned at all (also on the list). What annoyed me the most was when I asked about this, I was told the washing was still damp so it wasnt taken in... the washing had been hanging out for two days and was bone dry, I know this because I wore something off the line that day. Being lied to was the final straw.Absolutely cant recommend this company. The rest of the cleaning in the apartment on the second visit was satisfactory, but not even touching the balcony or bothering to take in the dry clothes outside even though it was on the list, and then saying later that the clothes were damp, is just not the kind of thing that makes me want to return as a customer.

Booked their services through UrbanClap. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. Their personnel were punctual but they need more training. They neither do a good job nor listen to suggestions. Better to look elsewhere for home cleaning services, even though you have to pay more!

I had the service for one year and I was very happy. The cleaning is good and honest. The office always gave me quickly feed back and solutions for cancellation and change dates or any other problem. I just stopping now cz decide to have a permanent maid. Otherwise still would be with them.

I specifically requested deep cleaning as I was moving out from the apartment but even there were 2 ladies came, many places were not even cleaned. Additional I paid for cleaning supply but they used mine instead of theirs so I complained to the lady who contacted me initially on whatsapp (sending pictures what left dirty). She first said discuss with Operation but no reply for a month.

1.They do not listen to what peoples need and send totally unqualified people. Unable to clean floors properly, unable to clean shoes, unable to iron...terrible...2.They offered then additional service for free afterwards but still did not clean shoes despite having promised it when been called the first time. Trying hard but still not satisfying.

Awful! Used this company for 6 months and the maids were not very good at cleaning. They sent Several maids after I complained each time but all were awful. They did not clean properly and would arrive late and leave early, leaving jobs incomplete. Do not waste your time on this company. Also the office staff were useless and do not care about making their customers happy.
