Very bad service and very rude waitress her name is Omeima she was very rude and had a fight with us I asked to call the management she said that they all went home I will never come to this coffee shop again and do not advise anyone I left in very bad mood I never see this much bad service and this much bad waitress like Omeima even her name she didn’t tell me I ask from her colleagues oh my god where is managed of this Coffeeshop he have to change her for someone who’s doing job proper

Relaxed and friendly environment. The space is well used without any cramming as in other places. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back soon.

They did not accept card payment and they did not bring back correct change cos they do not have coins when you pay cash.

Not the perfect place to have coffee or smoke Shisha. Its too noisy when theres a football match. As well as the air is not conditioned very well. It hot over there. Most likely it will be the first and last time to be there. Even there are so many coffee shops in the area at the same lane on the same street . This one is out of competition. Not recommended.

Authentic Syrian cuisine. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Abu Tareq was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

A nice place to play the intensity ..... the staff is very wonderful, especially Abu Salah ...... the hall is quiet, but there is a severe defect (Muhammad and Alaa) if you are there. The hall becomes annoying from shouting and blame at the lack of experience with Trex
