Hi there,I am a regular customer of costa coffee from last three years.From last three years I’m getting very good coffee and service from COSTA.Unfortunately,Today (22 August-10:40PM)I had a very horrible experience at Costa Coffee,Candadian Hospital Abu Hail Branch.Before visiting the store I checked the timing and it shows It’s open till 12AMI went to the store around 10:40PM, asked her I want two coffee,She told she cannot give ,time is over .Then I told her you’re open till 12Am,then I requested there is more time she told ok I can give coffee.Later I told i will use Airmiles buy 1 get 1 offer she told she cannot use ,Airmiles is valid till 11PM according to your app,Her behavior was very very rude,As a customer I didn’t not expect this behavior from an International brand.I have a humble request for you,The staff like these behavior will 100% spoil your brand loyalty.If you check the CCTV between 10:40 and 10:50PM you can understand the behavior of your staff.

Its a great place to wait cause it gives you a view from the start of the arrivals area. Its also not a busy Costa branch so you can read a book or have a quick meetup without a lot of distractions.

Very poor customer service- Guy at the register rude- talks to his employees disrespect in front of customers. Very limited items on stock or he did not care the orders.

The service is fast

Discreet cappuccino and brioches as well, pay attention to the price, very expensive. But it is at departures and a coffee sometimes helps
