The place is neat, quite, and so relaxing ... having coffee with such relax environment makes you enjoy you day coffee, I can say there service is 7 stars, when they saw us with baby, they provide entire mean for us to feel relax and enjoy our coffee. Recommend the place for everyone who likes specialty coffee and relax environment.Thanks for great coffee and service

I was very impressed with The Espresso Lab - Roastery. They have the best coffees that really satisfy and fit your taste. Everything they served was delicious. The crews were happy and nice to serve me as their avid customer. The place was perfect for dates and study outs. I’ll always appreciate their kindness and authenticity. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience at this place. Came to this establishment with my friends. Asked for an iced spanish latte, a standard coffee drink in coffee shops in the UAE, the barista laughed out loud and said proudly we dont serve sugary drinks here with a cocky smile. I, confused with the response, said okay thats fine, Ill have an iced latte with sugar on the side. The barista preceded to laugh again and said we dont serve sugar here either, proudly and mockingly. He did say that I could purchase a cookie or a brownie to add sweetness though to my unsweetened coffee though.Do the owners here train their staff to shame customers for making ordinary requests for sugar, then try to upsell them on sweet desserts?What kind of establishment encourages their staff to embarrass their customers in front of their friends for making simple requests for sugar in their coffee?Definitely never coming back here again, and would recommend everyone avoid such a place that treats customers so poorly.P.S - I would have given them 0 stars except 1 star is the minimum possible on google reviews

What a beautiful space, and beautiful coffee, I can stay here for hours! I really like the Abu Dhabi branch at Qasr al Hosn but this has to be my favorite.

The place is not worth to go there because of the attitude of the owner and staff.Their service is really bad and they don’t know how to talk with the costumers.there is no consumer rights.Even if there is less then one star I will give it to this place.Don’t waste your time and money to go there.

Amazed with the new design they have come up with and as usual they are one of the best coffee spot in town highly recommend it . Good luck with the branch hopefully we find you all around UAE
