Beware! of ordering from their online stores, they will provide you a coupon for your first order for AED 50 you feel happy and start ordering, they will charge you AED 20 for delivery if your order value is less than AED 350. Then starts, I had placed order for 5 items and paid through card, my order value was less than AED 350, its agreed I paid AED 20 towards delivery charges once order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and even you can check their website with your login details under your account for order details, they will prepare invoice for all items as you ordered, after 2 days you will receive a SMS stating for location confirmation then you will receive your order, but when you opened the package you will be surprised to see you had received only 2 items if you check with the delivery guy he will say you the package is sealed, I had received the same from my location you need to contact customer care and there is no invoice or any shipped item details in the package then I had started calling customer care #, you need to have patience here, they will only answer your call after 10-20 minutes once you provide your order details they will say sorry, out of 5 items balance 3 items are out of stock, we will refund back money for 3 items to your card, then the next surprise waits for you once you receive refund the amount will be much less than the invoiced items again back to customer care 10-20 minutes of patience to answer, they will say you had used coupon so the value is less its agreed, I ordered 5 items discount factor is applicable for all 5 items based on coupon, here I had not cancelled the items, they have cancelled and saying sorry but charging more price than the applied discount for all items with almost full value. I told the customer care executive that I am sending back the 2 items received they said I will be charged AED 20 fees towards shipping charges. I was surprised they are not fulfilling their commitment and the items are very old stock or either display pieces. The items which they said was out of stock, I had noticed back stating available in their website. They just want to attract customers what they don’t have.Never ever order again and suggest anyone to order from them anymore

If you ever visit the The Deal in Sharjah or Dubai, make sure to double check the price of the product elsewhere because their pricing for many goods are MISLEADING.Shoes are priced well at outlet prices.However, majority of the clothes, bags, underwear are all WAY more expensive at The Deal than elsewhere. For example Roberto Cavalli underwear: The Deal and a few other well-known and reputable outlet stores in the UAE all received the same Roberto Cavalli products at the same time... at The Deal the price was 299 AED and at the other store it was 69 AED. SAME. EXACT. ORIGINAL. PRODUCT.Another piece (bag), Jill-E brand (which makes affordable products).. was priced at the deal for 299 AED. At the other store, it was for 59 AED.Whoever is in charge of their pricing strategies does not conduct competitor analysis.Also, be careful as not all the brands are luxury brands. For example: the brand Sergio Tacchini is a more affordable brand and not a luxury brand. They sell them at almost the same prices as the main stores, but put a massive original price tag. Out-dated marketing tactics.I would recommend the store only for shoes. Nothing else. Thats why they have a small store in outlet mall for clothing and more and a massive store for shoes.But I wish to add a positive and its that the employeea are very nice and attentive.Overall: Buy shoes. Compare prices. Hope to see improvements.
