Kiabi in Dubai festival city is in the ground floor. In Kiabi there are clothings for all ages in different styles and patterns. Very good collection of dresses. All clothings are in affordable range and good quality. Very big store . Staff members are very cooperative.

Good location close to the downtown area, all is there for your shopping day in festival city center mall. Restaurants, kids stores, Mark and Spencers, centerpoint, Zara, new Yorker, etc. Kiabi is a good addition to the list. Great kids clothes

I have ordered online during quarantine time. I was exactly one month ago. I have received a formal shirt - not packed and badly wrinkled!!! It was so dissipating. I have emailed customer service to let them know, they have not responded for a few days until I have contacted their colleague from another department. It was extremely disappointing. ALSO, I STILL DID NOT GET A REFUND!

There stores are good. But never order anything online they have pathetic service and their courier team will neither contact you nor they will refund ur money... it’s a trap

Good for shopping during sale only.

I visited ibn store at 7/06/20 around 12.30 and experienced the worst shopping experience in my entire life. I went to purchase maternity bra and I couldnt find any sales assistant to figure out what my size is but anyway I pick the size what I thought it will be right for me .so when I reach at the checkout point I asked the cashier about the size and she politely explained about the sizing as she is punching the items.then I realised that I need 1 size small and I ask her to get me one but she already finished billing. So I had to exchange since the size is big for me and imagine I am still in the store. But for my surprise, the duty manager refused to exchange the size. when I ask why ,his silly answer was the company policy .i didnt even step out of the store and didnt allow me to try because of the current situation which I understand but this is totally unacceptable ,unfair and disappointing. I am not gonna fit in that bra and I feel like I threw my money in the garbage.
