I am very dissatisfied with the services from Center Point / Splash.  I have registered a complaint about a refund 3 weeks ago and followed up more than 10 times but NO RESPONSE YETA standard response from the customer care agent after speaking 30-50 minutes that It will be sorted out by the technical team within 2-4 days time but nothing happened.Complaint #1502695

Huge collection of trendy wears, Splash is inside Centerpoint near carrefour, I hoped they had some chairs for spouses to sit and wait for their better halfs while they shoped.

Very poor customer support, returning a product is an impossible thing with them, for past 6 days they have asked me to wait for 48 hrs again next time I call they say the same. I had my worst online experience with them, please dont prefer splash!!!
