I bought three clothes for suit. It cost me near to 10k aed and stitching charge of 1800aed. Quality of clothes were good. But felt like over priced. Can sell in a little more economical way.

If I could give negative ratings I would gladly do. Today my friend and I went there as there was “everything 50%off super sale”. The sales person showed us many fabrics and mentioning the prices for few. They cut the fabric and when we went to pay he charged us way more then what he had mentioned- almost double of what he had quoted.When my friend check the price on the roll, it was even less then what he had mentioned. We started checking all the materials and he had quoted higher then the label.Even after he was fought red-handed he did not even apologize.I would warn everyone going there to be very very vigilant. We have a saying - bigger the shop, bigger the frauds.

We visited the Rivoli Showroom, Karama yesterday. There was practically no response from any of the salesmen for the first couple of minutes. We quietly looked around for almost 5 minutes. Then we asked one of the salemen, if nobody is there to service us. He replied that all of them are busy.I was annoyed and disappointed at this response. We are regular customers at Rivoli and is this reward for loyalty customers?We went in to the shop intending to buy about 10 saris and came out completely disappointed. I would never like to go back to this store.
