Forced sale and then refused to give me a refund and i hadnt even left the shop. Placed my card in the card reader and Once i found out the exchange rate i said i didnt want to purchase the item. They automaticallytook the money from my card. I asked to return the item and they said I wasnt allowed to refund because i was in dubai for less than two weeks and thats how long refunds took. Shocking. They then forced a gift card instead - i said no five times and insisted on a refund. They called the manager who also insisted, i felt pressured by all three staff and opted for the card which has no real value because of the limited selection.
