Bought shoes for my sons birthday, the staff were very helpful with guiding the sizes and very patient as my son was confused on what colour to buy.

Very nice store, the staff are super friendly and very accomodating compared to the rest of the stores in the high end area.they have a huge selection of the products and I usually get my kids birthday gifts from them.manager in store was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products.

The offwhite store in the dubai mall is a scam they sell the Offwhite Nike collection for after-market prices which is unacceptable, the staff is very ignorant and rude as if Ive done something to them. The manager has been called out for suspicious activity such as giving the sneakers to specific people and that too at prices multiple times above retail.

HiI’m contacting regarding the store in Dubai Mall “Off White Dubai” The thing is whenever there is a release of some off white c/o Nike release the manager just buys all the sneakes, and sells them for over the price so he can make more money. For example the off white c/o Air Force 1 volt, I went to the store and asked, if I can buy them because he was selling to someone then he said “No, you have to be a vip customer”, and the price tag was 4400 AED which is 1200 USD. This is very disrespectful and annoying for the off white lovers and the community. The prices are what we call “After market prices” and it is not allowed to sell for after market price at a retail store./Thanks and I hope your having a nice day.

Staff was rude, and didn’t want to help. Quality of clothing is nowhere near what the price tag suggests. Was so excited to go to this store, and very disappointed when I left. Will not go back, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. After spending thousands at the store, they requested I get my one of my purchases, my pants altered. Long story short, the alteration came back messed up multiple times and after arguing for over an hour with the store manager “Ali”, they did not refund me. The staff is super nice, however the store manager was the one who caused the inconvenience. I ended up exchanging it for a bag, but I will forever remember this unfortunate experience in the Dubai Mall

This whole place is a huge scam, the manager that runs the store buys all the exclusive releases for himself and doesnt put it out for the public to purchase. Me and many other people went to the store and saw off-white dunk sb boxes which were not even put up for sale. The manager then resells the limited and exclusive items for resale price which a retail store is not allowed to do so. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!

The staff really have bad service attitude , not specifically one of them , its all of them! Does this company like millennium youngster spirit? It sucks. I would rather go to Bloomingdales and Harvey Nicole but not this shop ever again.

The staff is ignorant, they ask you to wait outside even tho there is only 4 people inside. When you ask them for which reason, they tell you because we have a lot of stuff , really ?! The staff and the security really had bad service attitude. Never again in this shop.

The staff is not very friendly and just want to sell like crazy also have little variety. The woman in the store always has to be bothering and talking. In addition they have very few sizes when you ask for something that is more beautiful or with more hype They say sold out, and thats not only in some pieces but in almost all of them. They only have one size of each piece. I did not buy anything for these reasons but also more for the saleswoman that was horrible to be there. Then I went to one called bloomingdale or something well and there I bought my off-white things with thousands of sizes, many more variety ...

Expensive, dont buy it! More expensive than Greater China!
