I really love all the products of NL. But as far as sales representatives are concerned, some of them really need to learn how to respect the customer. I wanted trousers from Festival city NL, before I bought it , there were some marks of shoe dust on it. I talked to the rep if there were another trousers of the same size , type and colour. Guess what she said, Maam I guess someone stepped over these trousers and thats why these trousers are dirty, go to your home and wash it because this is the last piece. I got really furious and anyhow bought those trousers because I really wanted those.I would request the management to please give some training to the reps and they should at least keep the stuff neat and clean. Also, they should not hand over dirty and dusty items with pathetic logics to the customers.
Nishat Linens discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned due to their companys policy, which I find it pointless and can put down customers satisfaction. At least they could bring a policy where discounted items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase and this is used in many major retail outlets.
