The most pathetic cashier we had gone to exchange a dress and the bassem accused us of keeping the belt when there was no belt at the time of purchase then he began arguing that we have washed the dress. May be he feels indians are theifs im sure if it was any other nationality he would have not spoken the way did at the end when we started arguing he chaged but it was an awful expexperien by Mr. BASSAM.

Im so upset, I found 5 pieces and went to the cashier who make me pay for them and put only 4 items on the bag and after I found out what happened I called them to get my last piece or to get my money backHowever didnt get anything, although when I called them they ensured that they will refund me the amount back but all are lies and I pay for a piece I never receive
