Hugely disappointed with customer service level and miss information given.I bought 2 polo shirts online and when it was delivered it was slim fit not regular fitSo I had to wait one week for them to return the items and finally when the day came I called their customer service and I asked for the credit to be able to use it in Mall of the Emirates storeAnd it was confirmed me and when I went there I was told they have no information about this and have to wait till tomorrow cause they didn’t receive an email about itNow I have to waste more time and energy to correct their mistakesI will never and I truly mean never going to buy or recommend their products again

I have been a loyal customer for GANT brand for years in your branches in Mercato and Dubai mall branches, and I used to purchase frequently, each time between 3-5 items every couple of months for years.I had a bad experience with an unethical behavior from the branch manager and one of the staff in GANT Dubai mall branch on 15th of December 2018 and I sent this complaint to the email next to the cashier, which the branch manager showed to me and even not bothered that Im going to send officially this complaints, however now I knew why when nobody even replied back or called me to validate this claim after more than 10 days!!!What is even more drastic is the way that your branch manager reacted to clients with a complete rude way and unprofessional way to clients.
The worst branch of Gantt, and because of it I will consider this brand not favorite and not recommend
