Unfortunately the experience was extremely bad. They lied to my girl friend and sold her allegedly size 12 US in this specific store it ended up a size 11 US. You guys did a bate and switch just to make a sale. Your a bunch of low lifes who have zero integrity. I could even care about the money its strictly principle.Hope everyone is very cautious of shopping in this specific store in the dubai mall.

I bought a blazer in Dubai Mall which I have been saving for months to give as a gift to my best friend. The design is so classic, I love how timeless it looks. I am thankful to the sales person who assisted me during my visit. I will definitely come back to check more of their items.

I am Balmain fan because of its classic & edgy vibe that falls right into my style. I visited the Dubai Mall branch and surprisingly they have lots to offer. I planned to just look around but I bought two white Balmain t-shirts perfect for any smart casual outfit.

My rating is nothing to do with the brand. It’s for the customer service experience. The staffs are so laid back, not interested, not bothered to convert a walk-in into a sale. They know that people will come regardless. Why to even employ such people who are there merely to sabotage a brands image. Put up a Vending machine instead..

I bought the classic blazer in Balmain Dubai Mall Branch. The sharp tailored & exquisite fabric is worth the investment. I will definitely check out other items next time I visit.

I really like the sweater I bought at balmain shop..the fabric is super comfortable and its perfect for the winter weather. The striped design at the sleeves are nice and great for a smart casual attire.

Do not buy anything from here especially emirates mall branch , the returns process is the worst- they will take the product back if there is damage caused by washing and then proceed to take up to a month plus to get a simple decision made in whether they can offer a refund. the staff attitude stinks and they offer no solution apart from sorry sir /madam with no solution provided or they wish to argue with you and speak over you ( balmain must be so proud) - as for the store manager he will assure you he will keep you posted up until you call again and his answer is i have no news for you so why call !

I would say I’m extremely savvy and I’m comfortable when I go to buy Balmain items in Dubai Mall and I get a fair deal though sometimes I really have to tag along in the busy crowd inside the shop. .some people who are claiming its fake but the Shop has already brand identity for sure it goes through a process of authorize license or paper formalities or whatever it called .. I’m a frequent buyer of balmain in Saint-Honoré Paris too and they have pretty much the same collection..probably the same operator

Salespersons were nice to me there. However, they need to do a better job providing info about return and exchange. I had an event to go to so I grabbed two blazers then one worked out and went back the next day to return one, they said they don’t do return they can only do exchange. So I did and exchanged, the manager working there was kinda grumpy, I didn’t know if he was mad at me or at the employees there. Awkward shopping experience as I work in retail.

This store is fake, before you start splashing out here! All the garments are made in China, hence why it’s a lot cheaper and they have sales on 24/7 all year round. I have checked their certificate, nothing official from balmain, and isn’t even listed on their website as having a store there. My son went to Dubai for a Business trip last October (we are from UK), and bought me a Balmain shirt from balmain in Dubai Mall. It was too big for me. We contacted their shop, and was told that we can have it changed on my sons next visit, or whenever a friend of mine will. We kept the receipt and had it intact just to make sure. MY co-worker went there this month and I have sent with her the shirt. I have received a perfectly fine, comfortable shirt. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, Balmain dubai mall!! I was so surprised there is such a huge price difference in Dubai compared to the rest of the World when it comes to Balmain product prices. Luckily I got there when there was a sale event going on and got even more discounts. Bought multiple pairs of jeans, shirts, suitcases and shoes.Must visit if you are into Balmain. The sales staff is very helpful.

Very bad quality and bad customer service. I bought a shirt from the store for a business trip. After washing it without even wearing it once, the shirt was teared! When I tried to return upon my return, the store refused to replace it and the manager was speaking in a very arrogant and unprofessional way. My first and last time dealing them.

I purchased various items and within 12 hours I requested a return of the items in same condition for refund and the store manager is refusing to refund, only exchange. I have now lodged a formal complaint at the Ministry of consumer affairs for redress.

Basically the store belongs to the company Paris group which got the licence from haute couture brands like balmain for producing own clothing (made in china) and adding the brands name on it. Thats why they can sell their products that cheap under a dramatically quality loss. I bought a Balmain tshirt for around 120$ (originally it wouldve been 260$) and after the first wash, the tshirt has twisted extremely. Its not illegal in the UAE so I wouldnt call it a fake but I also wouldnt recommend buying something from the store. Also (which is funny to me) are the haute couture brands trying to distance themselves from this company although theyve sold the licences themselves to Paris Group.

First of all don’t get tricked, the brand Balmain, Pierre Cardin and whatever they sell are all fake. Long story short, a company in the middle east called “Paris something” has bought these brands for the middle east. With that being said they can do whatever they want to the name of the brand. Majority of their products are made in China and some of them even have errors with the tagging. I bought a “100% full cashmere coat” from Balmain store in dubai, took it downstairs to the souq where they have cashmere specialists and they told me its not real cashmere. Now this jacket was marked for 11,000 dirham, i bought it for around 3,000. When i spoke to the manager mr Hassan about it, not only wouldn’t he provide me with a refund but also was extremely rude about it.There are more stores like this in Dubai Mall and else where in Dubai.

Guys I have spent thousands of pounds in this shop this year and just come to realize that it is indeed selling cheap quality items which are made in china. The staff were adamant that it is not fake and the house of Balmain has cited Balmain in UAE as their partner but not related to them. Basically, they sold off their name to a cheap operators in the UAE who charge just under half of the European prices. Amongst my large range of purchases are these Jeans which I have only worn a handful of times and the letters have come off (see attached). What annoys me the most is that all my items clearly say made in paris on the tags. I am quite disturbed and disappointed and needless to say I have written directly to Balmain Paris.Scandalous.

I love Balmain: perfect quality with very fashionable cuts!The staff in this shop is very courteous because they know they will sell something. The shop is one of the smaller ones, very full of goods and often also with customers, but it is worth a visit!

The restaurant is small but well-stocked. Personally I also recommend underwear that has a higher quality than other brands. I bought for my son and he certainly has a fantastic success.
