Most of the time the most common sizes wont be available in display and you would have very large or extra small sizes like a full section. If you ask staff they will say they may or may not unbox the rest of the stock tomorrow.

Seriously u need to terminate all the staff in this branch. This is my last ever time to come to your shop. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They were rude and felt insulted.

Most unprofessional staff at this branch. Everytime I shop here, I never had any staff approach me to see if I needed help, have to always go searching for them. At times its difficult to judge who is staff and who is customer. Today whilst changing in the ladies room, a father came in. He stood around speaking to his children. He hoovered around my changing room stood there for a few minutes. I stopped changing as I felt very, very uncomfortable. He then proceeded to knock on my door. I pressed for assistance but nobody came. In the end I was put off from trying on any other clothes. I then asked the cashier if this was OK to allow men in the womens changing room and explained what had just happened. She went to check and was still in there. I dont know if she said anything to him as it didnt seem like he left.As from now, I will never shop there again.

So heres the sad story, the clothes are amazing, the embroidery shirts and jeans are so delicately and beautifully made...BUT ive never experience such bad service in Dubai (referring to the festival city branch), the staff arent welcoming or helpful, if the store was left empty it could have actually been better. The guy hardly addressed me even while i was paying, i had to ask him if they have any point redemption system such as club apparel or alshaya which they did!A word to the management: your store is not in good hands.

Though I had online receipt which had necessary info including barcode and other stuff, refused to exchange.Who takes hard copy these days. Poor manager indeed.
