My family and I have been getting our clothes altered and fixed from here for years now since it opened. They are a bit pricier than others but we lived right next to the store and it was convenient for us. To keep in mind the customer service and their work used to be really good here. However recently we had a really bad experience that we will not re-visiting their store. Firstly the service has become poor and secondly we had gotten our dad Tommy Bahamas shirts for fathers day and as you know they arent cheap, we needed them altered to fit him and when we went to get them back they had blue ink all over them which we still cant get that blue ink out of them today. This isnt expectable, they should really take care of their customers clothes and put themselves in the customers shoes. Ive heard a few more complaints recently about how bad the service is now a days.

The worst experience! The value and quality of work comparing to the price is ridiculous! They ruined my husband shorts and fixed a dress in a very primitive way as if my kid is the once who did it!

Good service, although very hard to get hold of on the phone. They did a great job on my curtains and turned it around within the day.

My go to tailor shop when I need an alteration for my pants. Not once but many times its always on point whenever I needed it to be fixed or cut. I highly recommend them.

They do the job well but they usually ask for 5 days for basic work never less than 5 days and if you want it faster you have to pay extra . They are expensive but they are reliable . What bothers me is that they always say they would call me when the work is done but tgey never do .

Wow, talk about service! Havent even collected a cushion cover that I dropped off earlier this morning but I can already tell that these guys go beyond the call of duty. Outstanding!

Excellent place with absolutely lovely staff, they have been so helpful and are always accommodating. I come regularly for alterations and the work is perfect.

Terrible service, I put pants in for turning up 5 days ago, which where due for pick up today, surprisingly when I went in for pick up they hadnt even started the alteration and now I need to return later this evening to pick up. Absolute joke!No fixed prices either and seems to be at the discretion of the seamstress or how they are feeling that day.

This place is incredibly overpriced! They charge Dha 350 for altering a jackets arm length! This cannot be right!

Relatively fast service

I took in a skirt and a jacket for altering, was told it would take two weeks to alter them; then got a call saying they could not do it in time and it would be another week. When I went to pick up the items the jacket alteration was very poor and obvious and it had to be redone. They are expensive and sub standard.

Great hospitality in all three branches, quick with service and prices are a bargain compared to other sewing shops!
