I had an excellent experience at 800 Tailor. They repaired two designer dresses in less than 24 hours, that other tailors in Dubai said was impossible! Excellent service and quality :)

They charged high price... dont know why????But what I surely know that the quality of work is LOW...

Great service! They’ve done a bunch of alterations for me and I’m always happy with the outcome. The home service makes the process really easy and turnaround is always quick.

Unprofessional service and very expensive. They keep changing their prices.They want to charge me 5,500 dhs for 10 dresses (550 per dress) where previously they stated a way cheaper price. (Note: dress design is casual wear with simple design)they dont even deserve one star!!

Needed a last minute alteration and the team was super responsive and fast. While not cheap, prices are very reasonable and overall given that they come to and deliver to your place its extremely good value.

Hi. This is the result of a suit jacket I gave them for alterations.They also ruined the trouser, the tailor forgot to keep the shape and now they look like balloons.This was all after two weeks of trying to get them to turn up on time for an appointment, when they did turn it was still 35min late and that was their first appointment of the day.I informed them that I was travelling and required the suit back before the weekend. They deliver led this, and when I contact the customer service he listens to everything I say and then says can you send it all in an email. So I send it all in an email and then dont hear anything from untill the 4th day. The response is we will have to send the tailor to fix it.Do you guys not read the email? I am not there! As a result I have to now buy a new suit for the occasion. Can you reimburse me for the cost of the suit please.Extremely poor customer service and an even worse tailoring service. Would not recommend them to anyone, especially with high value items.

I Do not recommend these guys. They wont deliver you on time. They DO NOT have a decent receptionist. They have all the lame excuses in the world to give you on not fulfilling back your order in the promised turn-over time frame. Therefore, Id urge you to strongly think before giving them your product(s). NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL.
