I’ve used Tailor and Tweak for last minute alterations to the kids’ school uniforms and other items a few times despite normally using my usually tailor of 10 years who is a little cheaper.They are conveniently located for me and completed the items ahead of schedule whilst maintaining their usually impeccable work. I can highly recommend their services.

Excellent services but their prices are on the steep side. You can try on your clothes and they pinning for you. Easy!

I tried to call the number listed on Google and it was disconnected. I tried going to the website to call about their services, and the number there is also invalid. I drove over because I was close enough because I needed measurements done for my upcoming traditional wedding dress. Because its a specific occasion, I have a tailor already, but I needed to help of getting measured. Before I could even ask, the employee said its impossible. I was confused because she had a measuring tape around her neck. I proceeded to ask for clarification. She quickly cut me off and said we arent allowed. Frustrated and upset that she wouldnt even hear me out, I asked for another recommendation as I was on a time crunch. She murmured a location I never heard of, so I asked wheres that? she proceeded to murmur the exact thing 2 more times without me understanding. I left quite frustrated and I wont go again.

Amazing experience with all tailoring I have taken there so far. With these guys I am paying for peace of mind. I also have a nice friend there and her name is Josephine.

I am not one to write reviews but I was so impressed by the alterations done on my evening dresses. The alterations were quite complicated as I had lost a lot of weight. The work was prefect, the service was great and the timing was good. They are not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for. I highly recommend.

I have been a regular and loyal customer of the tailor and tweak outlet in Silicon Oasis but I can unfortunately no longer recommend this outlet due to the appalling way the manager spoke with me today. It is really disappointing to see in a place like Dubai that a senior employee is incapable of setting a good example to their staff of how to listen to the customer and to allow them finish their sentences. I will not go back!

Wow wow wow! 3 tailors later and mistakes kept being made on my clothes, then I found Tailor & Tweak - a God send! Took my 5 expensive jeans and one designer jacket for fixing, I cant even tell they were done. Professional, good value and superb customer service. Cant thank you enough! I will refer all my friends you can count on that.

Terrible. Super expensive and for nothing. Wont trust them any of my clothes anymore. Completely distortioned the situation. Asked for another 2 centimiters to be taken, on top of the work already done, never said im not gonna paid, how ridiculous. Said it would take a lot of work and refused with excuses. Taking my dress and offering work to someone else. Not worth the hussle.

It is sooo expensive and for just a very simple thing they informed me it will take 5 days and If I want the same day I should pay express service which is around 24 AED . Will never deal with them again.
