Dubai industrial area is good for companys for living still under developing and heres some villa good for people who want to live out from city out from crowd traffic etc

Worked at Beauty and perfumes international construction for a year. The industrial City is good place. There are many different industries and alot of construction is going on Warehouses , manufacturing units, Pharmaceuticals units . Geltec fzc , beauty and perfumes international , Nesto hypermarket warehouse , Geepas etc are there.Local transportation is very less in this area . Restaurants are very rare at this area .
