A great place to have quiet time, unfortunately I wasnt able to try their coffee due to machine maintenance, however i tried their Tea which had a very nice flavour definitely would recommend ordering.They have a huge collection of chocolates that you can buy, but most of what I saw was dark chocolate, maybe I missed it but I didnt find any milk chocolates.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!!This place is like a dream house full of chocolate, Ive always wanted to visit Mirzam since the day i saw their soft serve ice cream on social media.I ordered their chocolate soft serve and a scoop of pistachio gelato which were both amazing! Highly recommend this place if you love chocolate.They also have a great collection of chocolate suited for all occasions, with a nice coffee shop.

Very highly positioned and sophisticated chocolate shop in Al Quoz. It is located in the middle of industrial area but you cannot imagine how lovely the interior design is. All of those choices of different chocolate are just mesmerizing. You will surely be upset what to choose which is the joy here!

As soon as you enter the place there’s an amazing smell of chocolate 🤩 they always have new products, my favorite are the milk chocolate coins that I use for baking, the cinnamon hot chocolate and the soft serves. The chocolate packaging design is really pretty too

Definitely a location you need to visit during your next trip to Dubai. The whole place smells like chocolate, you can see how they produce it and you can try their award winning chocolate right there. And of course you can buy as much chocolate as you can afford. ...you can imagine its not really cheap but its exclusive.Attached and in the same room is a cute café where you can chat with friends or business partners and where you can try delicious hot and cold drinks. The industrial interior looks great and the stuff was very friendly.

Had a really awesome experience to the factory!!! A well guided tour is available where they show u the making of the chocolate right from the coco beans to the chocolate bar, followed by a chocolate tasting workshop where you get to taste the different types of chocolate as well as get a chance to design a wrapper for the chocolates. The best wrapper gets to take the chocolate home that was wrapped!!! If youre a chocolate lover...I highly recommend this place!!!

Local chocolatier they make all sorts of chocolates and the cafe also offers breakfast, coffee, and desserts. The place is big and there’s enough room and tables with ample parking outside. They offer gift hampers too and sell chocolate bars. The soft serve in Mirzam is by canvas gelato. Try the double dark chocolate soft serve.

We booked a tour for my triplets’ birthday - we were blown away by the warm reception, friendly staff and personal care we received. Ben was particularly kind to my son who has Autism - he was patient, kind and did everything he could to make sure my son also had the best experience. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for something special to do in Dubai. Thank you for today!

Stunning new location for Mirzam! Always a must stop spot for an afternoon sweet or place to bring visitors. The chocolate bars are the best gift or souvenir. Highly recommend enjoying the beautiful space with a pastry/chocolate and coffee! Cannot say enough about this Dubai gem!

Overrated. The hot chocolate people rave about is similar to the ready mixes you get from supermarkets. On top of that they were able to mess up each and every order I placed for chocolate hampers and boxes.Average as a Cafe, very unreliable as a gift shop.

Mirzam is a chocolate shop and their factory is just next door ,you can actually see the chocolates being prepared .After buying some chocolates,we had the chocolate gelato .Their restaurant is lovely and laid back .The best thing though is their chocolate packaging taking influence from local artists.All in all ,a must visit as the staff is so friendly too.

The hot chocolate drinks were very nice, fresh, tasty and original. Their white chocolate fondant was also nice.Except that it was not great great.But the service wasnt great. We went twice and twice what we ordered wasnt available, example: fondant au chocolat, some tea, croissant, etc.The first time round we were told to come before 5pm to get the fondant. The second time round we came before 5pm and still couldnt have the fondant. It was disappointing, they should update their menu.

1. I got lost trying to find this place and apparently this is the new « café » rather than wherever it is mentioned in Google Maps.2. The place vibes are chill and it is well designed. It makes you feel relaxed and at ease.3. The service is good enough but not amazing. It is simple service. I am not mad at this but I think it will be good if the employees knew their measurements. I asked the employee « how many mL is the cup » but she only knew it in oz. I am in UAE and we use the metric system, so it will be great if they knew it in the metric system as well.4. The « Double Bake Chocolate Cake » was delicious. It was moist and well-baked. However, it is kind of too small 😅 especially compared to the image.5. The « Sea Salt Spiced Hot Chocolate » wasn’t worth it. I am not even sure if there was sea salt or if the chocolate wasn’t fit for the drink or what is the problem. However, I doubt I will get a hot chocolate again from here.Conclusions:- Chill vibes- Staff is good but not fully trained.- Hot chocolate isn’t worth it- Cake is delicious

I loved the new place! Plenty of parking and plenty of indoor space for products, pop ups & workshops. Obviously Mirzam are killing it with everything they do; was kinda sad that the penguin hot chocolate finished by 3pm but ordered other stuff that made up for it.

I visited the place a couple of weeks ago, the location is close to my home and on the inside the place is very spacious and unique. I loved it, I tried their famous chocolate chip cookies and it was delicious! Although their flat white wasn’t that good, the hot aseeda coffee and it tasted better than the flat white.if you want to visit it at a time where it’s quiet go in the morning or in the afternoon.

I am impressed with the quality and love to detail I discovered today at Mirzam. From the fair-trade cocoa beans, fine chocolates, amazing pastries to the fine artcraft papers that wrap around every indulgence - it all is perfect! A must visit for a culinary enlightenment!

Didn’t meet my expectations, the worst brewed tea ever, yellow, with no taste and served in an open pitcher! So it became cold in a minute due to the AC, not to mention that you have to drink it in an espresso take away cup! sugar jar was sticky .. slow to serve food

Great artisanal chocolate shop with a large variety of chocolate mixes. You can also see the chocolate being made. It has a nicely decorated cafe inside. Their chocolate mixes are mostly dark chocolate and some of the combinations were not for me but I think they have a combination that covers a wide variety of tastes. I loved the packaging of the chocolate- good idea for a gift as well since they sell packs.

One of the best views from a cafe in Dubai with its oversized window looking directly over the mosque next door. Excellent chocolate which also makes for an excellent, quick, local gift to pick up on your way to someone’s house. They have a box of 5 chocolates which they pack nicely for about 200-250 dhs (depending on which chocolates you pick)

This is a very niche approach to the chocolaterie business in the city. The moment you enter and see the machinery it will give you a sense of fulfillment. You will Feel that everything you hope to get and taste can be done here.I have tried some of the sweets they were offering and the tastes are very unique and exotic. I doubt you will find anything remotely similar in any chocolate store or factory in Dubai.The menu is nice for the cafe and will guarantee that you dont sit there for an hour Feeling hungry weather you are with friends or conducting a business meeting.Location is not very easy to get to but it is understandable as this is a chocolate factory rather than a chocolate store.The only thing I feel that was missing is the selection of chocolate. It was limited to 6 or 7 flavors.Recommended for visiting.

Where great single origin chocolate bars are made from roasting till your mouth. Definitely an enjoyable delicious experience wither you like chocolate bar or chocolate drink. Asseda white chocolate fondant is a killer desert 😅 it deserves to travel all along from Saudi to Dubai and enjoying it 😍 nice learning experience at Mirzam Chocolate where you could see the whole process on action live through their long glass wall..

I love chocolate and was very pleased to learn from Mirzam how they make theirs. You dont have to hire a your guide to tell you about the place, Mirzam supplies this as part of the experience. You will get an opportunity to taste the different chocolates, be careful, there is one without sugar and it was the worst experience for me because I like that sweet taste. Their chocolates are made from certain beans from all over the world Cuba, Tanzania and etc. and 50% sugar and nothing else. They also have a mini restaurant space where you can have breakfast, buy smoothies where they also add some of the chocolates. You will definitely love it here.

Love this place when I first walked in, there is a strong smell of cocoa in the air. They merge the cafe and a chocolate processing area into one space partition by glass which is really cool as you can see the machines and staff doing their thing. I went over the cafe and asked to buy a piece of chocolate and to my surprised they offer me the first one FOC. Regardless of whether it is free or not, the chocolate I had is really good. Would come back again to try other chocolate items.

The worst customer experience ever !Today i waited 35min to receive my coffee and i have reminded them more than 4 times that i still didn’t get it.keep in mind the place was not packed but apparently the care about the payment bit the customers satisfaction. The best local chocolate makers and café in all of the UAE! Please feel free to experiment all their chocolates and flavors, all their dessert and drink selections, and all their ice cream especially too! The sugar content in their creations are just right! Their so-called Ugly Girl Tiramisu Cake was so light and delicious and deserves a far better name (no one is ugly!), and their meringue was so fresh and divine! Their bsked chocolate cake with olive oil was so spongy, moist and light, and their ice cream... Please forget about every other ice cream brand you have heard of as Mirzam does it best! I recommend you all to go and try Mirzam in Dubai... And, if you havent yet, youve never lived! 😉

A great place for pure chocolate, we order two drinks, cold mirzam chocolate, and hot chocolate, both were good in taste, the cold mirzam chocolate contain a little of spice which you may feel a weird taste in the first sip, friendly staff and they served us happily, the only access to the coffee shop is outside of Al Sirkal avenue.

Arabic chocolatier right in Dubai.We visited this excellent cafe and small batch chocolate factory. Large selection of traditional chocolate bars, truffles and arabic treat tray. Hot chocolate and espresso are available as well for dine in or takeaway.They have an Emirati friend that you need a gift for or want to take traditional Arabic flavors home they have them.Chocolate classes are available. Book well ahead because its a month long wait due to covid class size restrictions.

If you are a chocolate lover this is a place to go!I discovered it few years ago, when it was located at Alserkal Avenue, but approximately two years ago they moved to a bigger place.If you want to go in the evening hours, especially on the weekend, call to make a reservation since its usually full. Working days, up to 5 pm, youll most likely find an empty table. There is a street parking in front of it. It shouldnt be a problem to find a spot at any time of the day.They offer savory bites, but its not a reason to go there. Also, towards the end of the day they might run out of savory options. Chocolates are made in the shop and they sell them for about 35 dirhams per piece. They have bite deserts and variety of cakes, coffee selection is extensive. I honestly dont know what to recommend because everything they have is good! My personal preference for a chocolate is pumpkin seeds with sea salt, chili, and coconut but theres around 40 different ones. For slice of a cake, a drink and 3 chocolates you can expect to pay around 170 dirhams, however they offer 25% discount for Emirates Platinum.

The store is huge, they have live chocolate workshop, but you have to book advance. For kids workshop also available, in that they can make their own flavor’s chocolate with the cover design by themselves. The food was very rustic. The mint chocolate was superb. The price is bit expensive but the place is pretty good.

Ive been stocking up at Mirzam since they were releasing their potent chocolate spells in Alserkal. In this bigger space, they are even more of a dizzying array of choices.

It’s a small chocolate factory located at Alserkal avenue in Alquoz industrial area. the sales lady did a very good job explaining what chocolate they are producing here. The service is a bit slow.

We drove all the way from trade center as the timing online clearly says 11pm closing. We reached at 10:40 and they were adamant that last order is 10:30. If that is the case please change your timing online and stop wasting peoples time. Horrible!

Beautiful new location so was excited to visit. Ordered cinnamon hot chocolate with coconut milk and my husband ordered the Madagascar choc. Arrived in paper cups filled to the brim. Mine was watery and tasteless. My husbands worse. No Madagascar only Vietnam and also watery. Think they might have forgotten to add the coconut or gone cheap on the chocolate. What a shame. I so love their chocolates but am not rushing back to have drinking chocolate there again.

The concept is very interesting, you can drink your hot chocolate or any other beverage and eat while looking right at the factory making chocolate in front of you. It is spacious and I loved the interior design.

An experience full of indulgence. They have few vegan options. However they only use regular sugar! No coconut blossom sugar is used. Unfortunately no more sampling is available. I gave it 3 stars because of the prices! It is expensive and only certain people with certain level of salary can afford it! Sad truth for many other places in Dubai! Service is good. Place spacious with two separates for guests. Selection is wide, specially chocolates. I am not happy with taste. Tried three different chocolates and they taste horrible. Coffee is OK as sweets and cakes on the spot. Its little bit pricey specially for quality of chocolates. Place full of young local people. If visiting after 7pm probably will have to wait in line to enter

Best premium cafe in the Dubai.

The place is quite cool. Its a locally grown brand that shows you the whole process of choloate making. You can try many chocolates before you buy them, and also sit in this industrial place for a coffee or hot chocolate. The only downside is... Its quite expensive. I mean its quality and all but a little too expensive for me.
