Staff is good and friendly, the food is not as expected and the lentil soup was very bad.Mozzarella sticks is also less than normal.Bad quality food and I wont come again.I give 2 star just because the staff is friendly but the food is 0 star. So expensive & low quality food.

Shakespeare and Co has been one of our favourite joint for a long time the food here is awesome and I am sure that will get you back to this place to try more. The staff here are fantastic and serve to delight you. You should certainly try their Jasmine tea

Great customer service. Very convenient if you want to grab something before or after your shopping in union coop. However the breakfast and coffee were really bad and on the expensive side. For the same amount you can have a quality breakfast in Paul.

They have great ambiance and seating, their taste is flat, just like any below average neighborhood cafe. But for this, they charge hell of money. Lamb Shank for AED87 with no taste, it seemed like they just warmed the already cooked one (with no taste/aroma) and served. Spinach Lasagna was another bad stuff that we ate, with no taste or different from any where else that u will get in AED12. They need to drastically improve their taste

I chosen this place to cut cake for my husbands birthday. We ordered their master piece Cheese cake , cold drink, baby chicken etc for dinner. Whatever we ordered was delicious . The ambience in this restaurant is luxurious, very antique, colorful and best for party. We could enjoy our meal as well as the restaurant ambience together . Thanks to the staff members.

Greeting, Shakespeare restaurant is very good but also very nice but a slim girl in the staff of this restaurant is very rude. In my personal experience, I have never seen such a rude girl.

Shakespeares classic chicken is so delicious its all about a grilled chicken in some mushroom sauce with mash potatoes. . More also I had tried their English breakfast several times and I cant say anything more than their food and service is very good.

Never trust what the staff communicates over the phone. Always visit them and get your queries addressed. I wasted 25mins of my life driving to their location and their in- charge denied what the lady over the phone agreed to. No professionalism!

The service is very bad, many are late in order even though there is no crowding in the restaurant and whoever communicates the request will be the same as what I asked. I called the manager of the restaurant named Ravi, but unfortunately he is not interested, and he is procrastinating and homeless .. Unfortunately, this problem they have always repeated..👎❌
