Went there yesterday for afternoon coffee.Overall very disappointing experience. Ordered decaf coffee and by now im sure it was made with none decaffeinated coffee as I was not able to sleep half of the night. Then coffee was made with almond milk because waiter got the order wrong. And my friend also didnt enjoy her coffee, somehow it just didnt taste good. When we shared feedback to our waiter Muhamoud, he was kind, but didnt really solve the issue. Eventually he came back and gave us complimentary bon bon and later offered a new coffee , juice, but it was already late and we had to leave. I explained to him that we should not be charged for something we didnt enjoy and didnt have, but he said he is not allowed to remove items from the bill which sheds a bad light on management 🤔 for having rules like this. This should definitely change!

Good confectioneries, but the store has incomplete selection compared to the original Swiss store
