What an amazing experience for Sweets and ice cream! You must taste it 👍

Been wanting to try this amazing place since ages! Finally after winning a giveaway, went there yesterday. We tried their sushi red velvet crepe, pistachio waffle, rainbow mix choco pancake, vanilla ice cream and cafe latte. Loved their waffle and pancakes the best. The pistachio waffle was just amazing, the waffle was crunchy and the pistachio sauce over the waffle just elevated the taste to a different level! The rainbow chocolate mini pancakes were equally good. The chocolate used at this place is of such good quality! The crepe was good too.This is a must go to place if you haven’t been there yet!

Big lover of FREEZ.Pistachio shake is favourite.I have tried crepes, mojitos, sushi crepes EVERYTHING IS TASTY amd worth the price.Jaddaf branch has nice dine in place.Other branches in Warqa and Barsha are for take-away.Staff is always friendly

Very friendly and amazing staff . Sweets are extraordinary and very delicious . My favourite is the brownie kinder which is amazing and prices are reasonable . I frequently visit this place as its on my way home and i love it.

The acai was really tasty. However, it was the only choice for a dairy free option. More variety would be nice. We also thought 31 dirhams for a small cup to be on the pricey side.

Amazing staff, great desserts a lot of options, i ordered Nutella crepe and pancakes, it was really wonderful i really enjoyed and the location is perfect, the staff were very nice and sweet, best place for desserts i must say, gonna come again and again 😁

We had ordered once and the quantity of sauce was much less than dine in experience so we requested via special request on Zomato to add enough quantity of sauce this time. They accommodated the request so the package arrived with a little sauce leaking but in terms of taste we completely enjoyed both the pistachio and brownie crepe thanks to additional sauce. Well for me, doesnt matter that package was a little leaky because I had a wonderful experience in terms of taste and delivery was on time so good job and thank you for accommodating our request.

Very inconsistent. Especially the ice cream. Most of the time is comes runny and tastes like water and powder. Once in a while they get the mix right and its good.

The staff has attitude. Bad service. They need to have training again in how to serve outside customers. 👎👎 👎

We had a good experience there. We ordered one happiness cake and sushi roll.Although 4 of us were there, we weren’t able to finish it because its too sweet.

Absolutely horrible service and quality of food.Everything is over priced for what you get. I ordered brownie ice cream which looked amazing in pictures on the catalog but what I got was vanilla ice cream with 3-4 tiny pieces of brownie on top. Completely deceiving.They ignored my calls of a very laudible excuse me totally on purpose even when we were the only people in the shop.And when i asked for more pieces of brownie, they refused.Mango kulfi is just a simple mango ice cream in a cup with some falooda. Not actually kulfi.Waste of money, topped with horrible service and bad attitude from staff.Never coming back

If you go through the Instagram page of Freez you will be completely wowed by their exquisite icecream cakes milk shakes and lava cakes they offer. Being a huge sweet tooth foodie, We wanted to visit this place since soooo long . And last week we finally visited them to try their new menu items and were in complete food coma .

Reasonable price and variety of dishes

Tired their pistachio mini pancakes and mango falooda. I would say both of them were not as other branches of freez give. There were really off.

I’m not sure if this is normal, but no one will go out side to take your order!! Also the location is the worst.

Very irresponsible. They sell dessert that it is full of nuts and they done tell the customers. I warn everyone suffering from nuts allergy. Don’t order if you are allergic to nuts.

The newly opened branch at Al Jaddaf. Famous for it’s desserts, Freez is amazing when it comes to the hospitality as well. I cannot compare the taste with any other dessert that I’ve tried before. This time I had the Lotus Crepe, Nutella Pancakes and Peach Mojito. The presentation should be given a standing ovation as that itself attracts at first. The taste is equally good and the crepe and pancakes are really soft and they will melt in the mouth. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Freez ❤️

This is by far the worst Kunafa and the worst oreo ice cream ever.It was so bad that i would give zero stars, but that option isnt there.So dissapointing!!!! The Kunafa was cold not baked well and the oreo icecream was rock solid with such a hard oreo biscuit which was dipped in chocolate probably and frozen. The spoon was literally stuck and we couldnt get it off.Nightmare for desserts!! cravings gone for a toss.

I loved the place .. interior.. the walls are nicely painted.. even the tissue box had a tin painted cover.. I tried crepe .. it tasted yum and looked awesomee.. staffs were pretty nice.. please carry cash cos they didn have a machine to swipe .. but the staffs were polite enough to let us go get the cash withdrawn from the nearest metro..

Freez is one of the best places for Chocolate and sweets, as well as Drinks and ice cream 🍨.

The brownies were good, red velvet cake was dry, but they have the best seating in the freeze outlets

Many good selections in the menu of crapes, milkshakes, ice-cream, drinks , however you have to get the attention of the staff many times tell you get the menu even for dine in option ( approx 15 mins ) , and also the bill take time to reach you even after ordering it ( approx 10 mins )

To be honest I havent tried it.. I wasnt fond of their menu.. Not many options to choose from.. they have waffle and cold drinks.. moderate prices.. but the place decorations is cool.

I always come here .. there biggest issue is that they take long time to serve .. for sweets shop i think it’s taking to long time ..The food is good but the time we wait for it every time is not worth it !!

A hidden gem in Jadaf ! ....if you are craving for some sweet to tickle your weekend afternoon this is the place . They get very creative when it comes around playing with nutella.

Not a fan of their options and the fact that they only have 3 ipads as menus for the whole store. Im fine with a menu made out of paper. The staff are a bit disgruntled and the drinks are not great. Stick to water and maybe a waffle but thats it
