Horrible service. The manager in the restaurant is clueless and seriously lacking proper customer service skills

The serving staff is pleasant and helpful, but the managerial staff need some proper management training at this place. We ordered lunch and drinks and they asked that I have to leave because i had a takeaway cup of tea with me, which i have to either throw away or stand outside and drink. This coming from the manager as it is against their policy... I can understand if people bring outside food and not order anything from the restaurant but a cup of tea while we had ordered lunch?! We cancelled lunch and walked out of the place. They seem to have a sense of privilege and a bad attitude due to their location next to the ice rink. Would not recommend going here.

Today I visited the chocolate bar for the first time. I wanted to try the crepe they make. I tried the triple chocolate crepe and brownie crepe. Both were terrible and not up to the expectation. Not to mention the high price comparing to the taste.Will not come back.

Its so funny that its a “chocolate bar” but the food menu has more options than the dessert menu which has very limited number of desserts. The name does not suit the menu because chocolate used is not even high quality, I think it is a cheap chocolate like nutella. Very overpriced for nothing. I do not recommend.

This doesn’t place doesn’t surprise me when it comes to serving desserts , every dessert tried till date has been super yummy and to the point . Keeping the prices aside which few might find it but expensive , it’s really worth giving it a try

The Cafè macchiato was terrible

Waffle is great, but service? I don’t think so. We waited 20 mins for the menu after several times of reminding the staff and manager. The staff forget to bring utensils with the food and they forget some of your order. Hope to see a change.

Been coming back for the chocolate ice cream with chocolate sause for a couple of days. Love it.

The best experience for a chocolate cake fanatic like me. It was a great experience with a great view of the Dubai circle rink. It is a good family time to be spend at ice rink and have a hot chocolate with the hot chocolate pastry. I would suggest everyone to ask for the special and have the same. But it would be costly and I assure you wont regret for the amount that you have paid

Awesome service! You do need to ask for anything more. Servers and managers are always on the lookout for the customers needs. Mamagemer came to the table and ask us if we needed anything twice and made sure our food was perfect. Def come here again!!

Its a chocolate bar with tasty desserts and coffee. Delicious tasty chocolates with all customisations. This place will surely help you put on some weight.

Worst service, the staff were rude and i ordered a molten cake with a candle and no birthday song was presented. The tea and coffee i ordered came late and deserts melted . Really the worst service ever.

Money kick milkshake is the best

Extremely terrible service! Unbelievable this place was allowed to open near the ice rink. The waitress took 50 minutes to get us our food and missed one of the orders completely. After asking for a review sheet TWICE, they ignored my request. Bad experience.

The worst Chocolate fondant for a “chocolate bar”. The manager was kind enough to replace it for us but it was still horrible!

The service is very, very, very bad,, the branch manager was so bad with us that we left the place and we could not eat because of his provocative style and treated us in a condescending manner and ordered us to sit in the place he chose and when we chose the place, he preferred other people!! And with all this, we got mad and went. I am surprised that Chocolate Bar is appointed like this person?!!!!!! ,, How is the management of The Dubai Mall satisfied with the presence of a cafe in a special place and its management failed?
