Its told their chocolates are the oldest from Belgium. I am very found of Belgian chocolates and dark chocolates..They had varied collections over there and i was given something for tasting too..They have them in a gift box or wrap it simply..Not to forget they also have roasted coffee...

I really dont recommend Neuhaus anymore, due to the new manager. I regret the old manager, who was a very good lady, always present in the shop, treating customers with high respect and always making sure the customers come back. I was regular customer since the opening in Dubai, with approx AED1000 on each monthly visit. Today, I decided to switch to the competition.

One of the finest.Theyve got verity of options and claiming that they are fist chocolate shop in Belgium.The raw chocolate is high quality but fillings are debatable

The most amazing chocolate ever had in my life over 200 kind of chocolate. Great great great customer service experience they told us all about how its made from A to Z and why its the best chocolate company in the world. The manager was sooo helpful and made us feel we r part of the company and made us buy even tho we went I for a look but we ended up buying cuz he was soooo confident and Convincing we will defendly get some chocolates as a presents on Christmas.

Neuhaus is by far my favourite chocolatier. So it was pleasantly surprising to see them having finally opened a shop in the UAE.Sadly, this is where the surprise turns in disappointmentTrying samples is an agonizing process, it felt like I was asking for a first born, than a piece of chocolate.After a short lecture, we managed to establish my right to sample.The chocolates I sampled werent as fresh as they should be. Regardless, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, after all, it could have been my taste buds that were off that day. So I bought a small box.This morning as I am trying to enjoy my purchase, I realize that the chocolates are really really off.What a total disappointment, and what a way to ruin what is otherwise an excellent chocolatier. Dont buy from this store. Wait until you get a chance to buy from a European outlet, or duty free. At least there you get chocolates flown in daily instead of monthly, which as I understood is the case at this store.

Great Belgium chocolates a must try

Best chocolate shop in town. Quality is far above the other brands available in Dubai. A real choco lover will appreciate this quality and will be willing to pay the price for it. I would everyone strongly suggest to try this over the goddivas, patchi and other mass product brands.

Their chocolate is not special at all. We tried cornet dore, milk chocolate they said were offered to VIPs in Emirates Airlines, and truffles and they werent special at all. The staff was hestitant in letting us sample their chocolate. We then offered to pay what we sampled and we did. The shop was relatively hot for a chocolate shop. Godiva and Forrey & Galland are much better choices for the time being.

I put 3 stars in this Belgian chocolate shop because of the decoration and enhancement of their products.But it stops there alas.The store is located on the ground level next to other chocolateries and other pastries.At first glance it seems appetizing and greedy but the disappointment is there.
