We went in Patchi Dubai Mall to buy chocolates for me as I am craving for it and also to grab something I can gift to someone.However I was surprised to the staffs here. Seems like they are not enjoying their job.They treat customers very cold and boring.They aren’t friendly even. It’s like no interaction between a customer and a sales person.They are like robots. No, actually.. robots seems better than them. Especially the trainees. They are very rude and stare at you making uncomfortable.I was taking photos of the chocolates I bought already inside and I heard them talking to each other in a loud tone of voice that it wasn’t allowed to take photos. I know they were talking about me. I mean, why I’m not allowed to take photo of my own chocolates? It’s mine.Really this staff.. 😡🤬

So I got a gift for my friend the another day and she has sent me a picture of the chocolate which has been expired a week ago. How people can sell expired staff and its that good she has checked. So disappointed though its not a cheap staff((

Not serious, they promise the customer that they will do all what we wont, after i call them and drive all the way from Abu Dhabi they said that they will not make it .By the way, I called and sent the request at 2am , but it was rejected upon arrival

Sprawling store filled with light and jars and trays of delicious chocolates. Very pretty and tempting. Visited the store for branding chocolates for an event. Assistant staff at this shop behaves like they would like you to leave - the sooner the better. While it has a very good selection of Patchi products, they are not labeled, so you need to ask for a printed guide in order to know, what flavors are available and which is which. Also make sure that you double check the accuracy of your order, since ours was not fulfilled correctly.

They good variety of chocolate, and the quality is good but nothing special about it except the price, it is very expensive and I really dont know why!The cheapest price for the basic chocolate is more than 200 AED/KgThe store it self is fancy and the staff are helpful, they nice packages and many options for gifts and events.
