Terrible deep cleansing facial performed by Tess Tumangday . my face was not properly prepared or softened for extraction . no steaming and no chemical exfoliant to open pores, I voiced complain but she insisted I didnt need it. as a result the extraction was not only painful but left scars and dark marks all over my face exactly as I warned her would happen when I noticed her technique , I had to even remind her to work on my forehead which she totally skipped after she was done. Im very disappointed with the service . money wasted.

My wife and I have been experiencing lower back pain and sciatica for a quite a while. I have checked some chiro clinis in Dubai and I found one clinic in Healthcare City which we find it really unusual as we were not treated as what we expect. Amazing clinic. They have a lot to offer. Specialists in Physio, chiropractor, orthopedic, dental and derma too! This clinic is highly recommended by people we know. I have been coming here to fix my neck problems and scoliosis. The specialists who handles me were gentle and comfortable to be with. Today marks my third session with Dr. Ahmed Fares. I have to say that I was amazed by his honesty, humbleness and professionalism. my chronic lower back pain dates back to a couple of years, and i visited different types of doctors in the US , Jordan, and UAE to nail down the source of the pain with no success. I have been going Blue Tree for 2 years now after a few unsuccessful visits from other doctors and hospitals. Nearly all the doctors I have seen have told me my slipped discs are bad and that I would need surgery right away! I went to BT and met Dr. Babak who immediately assured me that what I have can be repaired without surgery. He recommended phyisotherapy and for that, I went to Davor--whom I have recommended to my friends and family multiple times cos he really is THE BEST!!!

I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for almost 3 months and could barely walk. I visited doctor Elaheh Goudarzi for a dental cleaning appointment. Beforehand, my father called and asked them about an Etisalat Smiles voucher he had : 50% off for selected services. The receptionist told him that the voucher is valid for adult and for dental cleaning and that the price before discount is 500 AED (so it becomes 250 AED). Once there, they ignored the appointment and they let us wait for more than 1 hour!When we finally met doctor Elaheh Goudarzi she informed us that the price we were given was a kids price, and that the adult price is 800 AED: completely different than what we were told beforehand!Finally, the doctor cleaned my teeth and hurt quite a lot, much much more than with other doctors I tried. She also told me I had four cavities, when in fact, after visiting another doctor, it was only one cavity that isn’t visible to the bare eye and that was detectable only on X-ray.All in all, a terrible terrible experience with this dentist, I would never recommend her to anyone.

It is so hard to find a chiropractor that is this knowledgeable. It’s like Dr. Ahmed can sense where the pain points are before you even tell him what your having trouble with. Blue Tree Clinics is by far the best Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinic in Dubai! Went to see Dr Ahmed the Chiropractor to help with lower back pain I’d suffered for over a week due to an injury. It is a popular means of alternative healthcare in Canada...where I come from.From day one until my final appointment, I knew I was in the best of care.Appointments were conveniently booked to allow for my drive twice a week from Abu Dhabi to Umm Suqeim. The reception and nursing staff of B.T.C. (Zahara, Joanne, Jackie, Zayda and Saya) were efficient and very professional. Their attention to detail combined with a quick response time to my questions, was impressive to say the least.The Orthopedic Surgeon at B.T.C is Dr. Babak Ansari.
