If you are going to eat at Han don’t expect you will get the traditional taste of the chines food !!We call it it’s fine dinning and advance presentation of the dishes taste is acceptable as international cuisine recommended to go and experience specially if you are paying with Zomato you will get a good discount

Great food although service could be more proactive and in time..

We were in the restaurant for dinner and the staff recommended us some chef daily special dishes. The steamed crabs were good size, about 500-700g each,very meaty. The stir fried razor clam was the highlight of the day as it is not easily available in UAE and it is fresh. The Giant scallops was huge and juicy, and the sea snails was chewy. We will be back for more surprises soon.

OMG what a sensational meal and restaurant this is. Excellent service with friendly staff. The staffs are so warm and friendly, found a table for us in a minute with big smile lolThe menu is plentiful and making a decision was difficult. Especially the roasted duck and seafood are very delicious.We had ordered Steamed lobster with garlic, Steamed with scallop with garlic, Sizzling black pepper beef ribs, Roasted duck, black pepper fried rice and desserts.We all in a fabulous night which we will remember for a long time.Definitely will come back again!!! We ordered schezuan beef and it was awful. I never had this bad food before. We asked them to fix it and they made that spicy but still spice couldnt cover up the bad taste of food. It made us feel sick.

Han at Springs Souk, Chinese cuisine in a whole new setting with outdoor dining. Love their Chong Qing Spicy chicken and deep fried eggplant with garlic. Not forgetting their new dish - herbal chicken, super yum.

Most disappointing experience as the only available waitress was a trainee who knew nothing about the menu and kept asking her senior colleague for everything that we asked. We finally had to give up and leave after trying for ten minutes. Very limited Menu and prices are steep.

As a Dubai-based chinese, its not that easy to find the proper Chinese food here. But Han Cuisine is definitely the one Ive kept visiting.Hans food is more Cantonese style which I love the most because of nostalgia. I personally like dishes with soup so the chicken and the vegetable are my favorite. One of the famous dishes is the wasabi prawn, thats my must order one every time. They also have a very traditional Cantonese dessert, something called fried milk which I didnt take photo but trust me, you cant find it in any other restaurant in Dubai and its mind-blow dish for your first try (ofc in the good way lol).They have their first branch in business bay and extend to springs souk just now. Ive tried most of the dishes in the old branch and seriously, thats the proper Chinese food I can call with no doubt. The decoration and ambience is diffident with other Chinese restaurants in town as well.

We have been ordering home delivery from this restaurant for quite a while now and its consistently excellent. So glad to have found an authentic Chinese restaurant in Dubai. Everything on the menu is worth trying 😋

Menu card shows vegetarian on top and eggplant dish comes with chicken stuffed.Reason given by attendant was Chinese consider vegetables stuffed with meat as vegetarian dish.Then they accept the mistake saying menu is printed wrong.I felt like taking up this matter with authorities but then refrained on humanitarian grounds.My guest a pure vegetarian ate some and really was upset that she consumed non vegetarian food.Food was full of chillies dipped in oil.Service was pathetic.Not a good experience.They did not charge me for the dish which till now I fail to understand is to be called veg or non veg😁🙋🏻‍♂️

A gem of a place The food reminds me of the old Cantonese style of cooking we used enjoy when we were growing up in Hong Kong. This is really tasty and very reasonable in price A must to try The staff is very friendly and since we are pure vegetarian they made sure nothing contained meat or any other animal products 😀

Customer service is very bad, iam Indian, I went with my wife and 3 kids, just waiting in the reception for 10 minutes, all are busy no body bother to attend us, may be they entertain only europeans, felt humiliated, frustrated and left the place...

Bad service 1.order tak away 1,hour waiting

My chicken was full of tiny tiny bones it was very hard and dangerous to eat. So I ordered a wonton soup and it was just ok. We also tried so most famous dishes in the menu and it wasn’t that good. Just ok. 270dhs for two. We had diarrhea the next hours... terrible.

Truly authentic Chinese restaurant unlike most who deceptively claim to be Authentic but serve Chinese look alike food infused with regional taste. Love the terrace seating. Pricing quite reasonable considering the location.

If you are big fan of Cantonese Roast Duck, this is the go to place. Friendly staff and food are fresh and flavours are well balanced. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Good choice in Springs Souk, if you like Chinese cuisine. A slightly bit oily and salty for my preference, thats why I didnt give 5 stars, but definetly a good option if youre in the area.

After having eaten at almost all the noteworthy Chinese restaurants during my 13 years in Dubai, I can finally say this is by far the best Chinese food in town! The food is authentic cantonese and the service is great! It’s also reassuring to know that the owners are hands on and extremely particular about the quality of the food; everything is freshly prepared and not frozen (like most other places).We tried various dimsums which were really good, the wasabi prawns and the sweet and sour chicken which was outstanding and the seafood fried rice was definitely the best I’ve eaten in Dubai.I look forward to coming back as often as possible!

For sure will come next time again as the food is nice and price is acceptable. Plus for kids they can walk around the mall after the meal

Decent food and very friendly staff

If you like Chinese food, this is the place for you. Any restaurant that is frequented by Chinese people has to be good. Originally wanting seafood, my wife suggested we try Han in the Springs Souk. I figured why not, I can probably get fish there. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and chose to sit outside. Though the view is overlooking the parking lot and mosque, the weather was nice, so we chose a nice table al fresco. First we had the Cucumber Salad. Its big enough to share between 2 people, but its so good youll want your own. For a main course, I chose Sichuan Style Fish and Spicy Seafood Fried Rice. My wife had the Stir Fried Beef with Broccoli and a side a steamed rice. After we devoured the Cucumber Salads, her main course came. She had almost finished by the time my Fried Rice came, so I ate that and asked that they pack my fish for take-away. The fried rice portion was large enough to be a meal itself, so I took my fish home and ate it for lunch the following day. My wife doesnt usually like broccoli, but she said this was an exception. My fried rice was exceptional too. When I ate my fish the next day, I noticed it had bean sprouts in it. Normally I dont like bean sprouts, but these were crispy and delicious, especially with the Sichuan sauce. Id also like to mention that I like spicy food and the Sichuan Style Fish did not disappoint. I think this may be my new favorite Chinese restaurant and the good news is...they deliver.

Hard to find a decent Chinese restaurant in this part of the town. Tried lamb Bak Kut Teh - very rich flavor ( though it is not pork as traditional lol). Yuxiang eggplant is also one of my favorite.

The mapo tofu made by a Chinese chef was the most delicious in Dubai! The other dim sum was of high quality, yet it was in the mall, so the price was reasonable. Weightless women are also very pleasant and kind. The inside of the restaurant was clean and cozy! The restaurant here is confirmed to be repeatable as it will also deliver!

If you feel something weak, come here to eat Yangtang. Today I ordered seafood fried rice and it’s delicious. I feel like Im in a Chinese restaurant. Yangtang is really healthy, so it is recommended!
