When it comes for choosing the crispy Chicken outlet my kids always prefers Texas Chicken because-of Crispiness and delicious taste. Their fries are so so so different.. perfect crunchy and very very delicious taste. . Coleslaw is tasty but very less in quantity 😛😛.. i like their biscuits also which they give with their meals. Overall full satisfaction and delicious experience 👌👌

The chicken was dry then when i return it the manager was rude..his asking my reciept then when he saw he answered me because its 1hr before u bring...so it means after 1hr your chicken will be dry??his name is bishal manager in texas dubai mall. He dont know how to handle this simple things..

This is their avocado wrap. Complained and was told that this was acceptable. Complete fraud to call it an avocado wrap and have it made with zero avocado.

This isn’t about the food.This is about their delivery and how this particular branch handled my order.I ordered through Zomato and chose this branch as it shows that it delivers to my location. Order was made and money deducted from my account.Couple of minutes after I receive a phone call from this particular branch confirming my location. I give them the particulars. The guy says ok and hangs up. Next thing I notice that I get a Zomato notification that the branch has CANCELED MY ORDER.The guy on the phone didn’t have the courtesy to say- “oh sorry that’s out of our delivery area”. Nothing. Terrible customer service.When I called and asked them why Zomato has accepted a delivery and charged me when they can’t deliver- oh sorry this is out of our deliver area!Unable to think outside the box. Unable to apologize for their horrible customer service.

First of all I really love the fried chicken with a different taste with curly fries , spicy jalapeno sauce and bun. I was so happy with their meal price which was 11.50 a great lunch deal. They didnt had the coleslaw which was missing when I ordered it she said its 19 dhs in total! What the hell a small coleslaw 8 dhs !Its totally over priced for me. Otherwise good service , tastes good and fresh.

Chicken is good, what is lacking is service. Sharifah and Faridah are terrible. No hello,no thank you, just busy talking amongst themselves. I miss the earlier counter staff, friendly, courteous. Hope manager reads this...suggest just watch from afar, no smile, nod of head, offer of service and zero thank you or courteous service.Business is tough now, so you better provide good service or risk losing customers.

Over 1 hour 20 minutes for a delivery , no apology , no update after calling 2 times , call centre staff need training totally unsympathetic.

Disgusting! The chicken wasnt cooked and so dry. The burger had more mayonnaise than chicken and even their sauce was bad. And the mashed potatoes look really digusting.

I am a fan of Texas Chicken, but off the late the chicken doesnt taste like before. Other day had Fried Chicken from the Discovery Pavilion branch, oil was dripping when I bite the piece.Dubai Mall - Took sandwiches, chicken was so hard especially on the edges. Felt like eating dried chicken.

I ordered today at 1:13pm and still my order hasnt been delivered to me. When I track down my order it says that my order has been delivered but I havent received my order. Upon calling customer service they simply washed off their hands saying it usually takes 1 hour for delivery and my order is on the way. Very bad customer service and delivery service.

Good place, not heavy on pocket. Always asked for 11 AED deal, it includes 3pcs of spicy fried chicken and regular fries, yes only in 11 AED. Although the taste is not similar like KFC but its price worthy. Freshness of chicken is far better than other competitors. There are other burger and sandwiches options as well. Customer service is always good. Washrooms a bit tidy sometimes.Please hit the like button if you found my information useful.

DONT COME TO THIS BRANCH - I have tried this branch several times, and one thing that does not change, is the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE of the staff! They are very Rude! If you request for something or even approaching the counter to order, you already feel unwelcome!! Today is for sure my last visit, I asked for a newly fried tenders for my order and they all grouped in a gang gossiping in their language and trying to convince me to take what is displayed which was cold and soggy. After 15 mins debate and telling them I can wait, a guy came to return his order because its was undercooked, and the manager was sooooo aggressive and unapologetic. Like what is happening here?! And as I was waiting for my order they kept pointing fingers and gossiping! I deeply regret coming there today. Best branches tried: Petrol Station opposite to Sun Set Mall and DCC.

I usually love going to texas chicken but this that I was beyond disappointed when I order for take away. I ordered two burgers and specifically asked twice for no mayonise. When I got home to enjoy my meal i find that both burgers have mayonise on them and Im not able to eat at all.
