Charleys chicken Philly sandwich is one of my all time favorite. But today really disappointed the quality and behavior of reception staff. Jalapeño fries were cold asked her later to replace. The order was taken very unprofessionally and sandwiches were missing sauces. Real disappointed. I hope they improve the staff response and love to their work.

Without any doubt the best fast food I’ve ever tried! Juicy, meaty and fulfilling sandwiches. Really fast service even at lunch time, pleasant staff and fair prices. Would definitely visit again and recommend visiting if you’re starving and in a hurry.

Its fresh, clean, delicious 😋 affordable price and also they do have vouchers on smiles and entertainment (buy one get one free)

Charleys Philly Steaks at Mall of the Emirates, very well and very fast services, too delicious fast foods.There is a large seating area nearby for anyone to sit at.

Limited variety of meat and chicken sandwiches. The regular size is already big and it comes with full of ingredients like tomato, pickles, onion, catch up and Mayo plus to your main item in french baguette. Price not cheap compare to famous Fast food chains so one regular sandwitch is around 27 AED but if you have voucher or entertainer you get discounted price.

Really loved the sandwiches and their fries as well. Also they have good options for iced drinks such as Lemonade, Berries, etc. Give a try and you will certainly like it.

I like their philly steak sandwich, I order mine with extra olives.

Food is fresh and amazing, steaks are grilled in all very unique style, food court is a festive vibe.

A mixture of healthy and fast food. Good for a snack inbetween for a light snack that doesnt make you tired directly.

Loved every bite of it. Beef was succulent and fresh.Ordered Philly beef sandwich. And other ordered different varieties of chicken sandwiches.They were awesome. Staff was kind.Quick Service, good taste, fresh produce.Kids also liked their kids meal. They had kinderjoys in it.Awesome burger, I always recommend beef but also had a taste of chicken sandwich as well. It was also great.

Fries were nice but the philly cheesesteak wasnt what youd expect.

Charleys Philly Steaks at Mall of the Emirates, very well and very fast services, too delicious fast foods, kids will love it too much , they offer Happy meals for kids, and also too many choices of fast foods of big size serving sandwiches, with cold drink, and order ice cream for extra little money, and prices are medium range.

Makes good cheese steak! Brings back great memories of a visit to Philly some years back. If it can do that, gets a seal of approval from me. Not expensive as well. I could eat this everyday! Now back in the UK and wishing the brand was here too. Will definitely go again!
