This is my go to place for subs. The staff is really friendly. We ordered our usual Philly Cheesesteak and we decided to try out the Buffalo Chicken (Thanks to the entertainer app). Both the subs were so full of flavor and the best thing is the ingredients used are really fresh. The cheese fries are fresh as well. The cheese pillows were alright! Highly recommend this place for reasonably priced and delicious subs.

The philli steak & teriyaki sandwich are yummilicious. The meats were tender and freshly made and has lots of veggies and sauces. And the cheesy fries is too good. Definitely repeat worthy.

I really love the sandwich, gourmet Fries and above all, the lemonade. I wish the prices were a bit more less. It was 31 dhs for an entire meal.

I ordered some sissig,Because it looked so greatMy appetite was big,But the dish was a joke on a plate! :(It wasnt as advertised. It was more like a few filters of chicken bits tossed in mayo on rice. Tasted decent in itself but wasnt sissig.

The food served was good, but I think the staff need to be trained well. I ordered a sandwich which was 24aed for a regular size. I asked the cashier if its a meal. She said yes. I asked for an upgrade of fries which she said would cost 4aed. But the bill came out to be 24+12aed. When asked she said it wasnt a meal and fries were add-on. Either she was ignorant or she scammed me into buying the Fries extra. This is totally unprofessional.

For how many times that we have been ordering here through third party, and every time they always make me upset.I hate having tomato and pickles in my sandwiches since its giving me bad stomach after consumption, so I always put in the instructions section / options to remove it.And guess what, they put tomato and pickles on my sandwich!.And the worst part, me and my colleague ordered on the same bill and she also have request which they follow but not mine!.How amazing!

Very bad I have 2 coupon for buy 1 get 1free when I order sendwich and show this coupon he said coupon not velid I said but in coupon showing date still June 2020 he said by mistake print this date very bad Resturant Location Mirdif city center.

Good philly steak sandwiches, you can have the sandwiches with white bread sandwich or brown bread sandwich, good taste , nice potatoes with cheese 🧀 , sandwich prices starts from 18AED to 31AED for the large sandwich, it also offer a breakfast menu from 8am to 12pm with egg, cheese, beef beacon and smoked turkey and a kids menu.

When I went to Guam, I often visited Charlie Pili Steak because it was so delicious and had a lot of ingredients. But when I ordered here, I even asked for more ingredients, but it wasnt delicious because there werent too many ingredients. McDonalds cheeseburger would be much better.

@charleys.uae has a live counter at the @citycentredeira mall food court. Also we have an option to choose what veggies we want to add, what kind of bread, what cheese, if we want to add Jalapeño etc., ..Today I ordered a all grill dish, where in I added lots of veggies without cheese and no bread and the same was prepared right in front of me. This is a very transparent practice and a healthy one because we know what we are eating and the satisfaction comes automatically. ❤️..The beef and chicken went really well and tasted so well too. Ordered Buffalo Chicken regular meal. It tasted good, but i felt that the fries and the sandwich was a bit on the salty side.Got a iced tea as a drink. The meal a in all is good and Id definitely recommend it.3/5

Great food. Got smiles discount. But terrible staff. Extremely racist and rude. Dismissed me to serve a Caucasian lady despite the fact that I was in the middle of my order. When i was making requests for my sauce, she completely ignored me and got irritated with me.

Today dated 19 dec 2016 i went this restaurant to place an order i am working in deira city center so i ask there about staff meal they said they have but first u have to prove that u r working here i gave him my card but the lady namely agnes was showed a bad atitude and said next time we cant accept it what this rubbish atitude how dare she was talked like with the customer i am your customer what she want to show that we dont have a money to buy meal what rubbish. Our branch employees regularly takes staff meal from here i will never send them again to your outlet bcz your staff showing us a atitude i will never forget the atitude of agnes and melinda. Thats type of service you are providing bullshit i moved out from your counter and go hardees to take meal they are not asking about a card any proof for having staff meal this is the way to serve customer respectfully. YOUR SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I will not recommend to any other to go there because they dont have a manners to respect customer. Not great, we had a minced beef and chicken sandwich but both were bland without any taste .... we expected spicy flavors, we were disappointed.However, one of the sandwiches was redone at our request because there was too much teriaki sauce, the sandwich was completely wet.The cheese poured over the fries is infamous, tasteless of cheese, it is too fat visually.For the price, there is much better in the same square called Food Court.

It was a good experience, very tasty. There is a package: buy one and the second for free.
