Our contractor changed at the last minute and we had been given incorrect measurements for our garden. Mike at Ceramic City was very accommodating and helpful with our issues and tile order (which changed a few times with quantity amounts). Delivery was very smooth and efficient, Mike dealt directly with our contractor in arranging times etc. Good customer service is very important to me, and this is something you really do get when dealing with Ceramic City. Would definitely recommend.

I went to 10 tile shops in Dubai to find what I needed for my kitchen and bathroom and none of them had it until I went to Ceramic City. Importantly the people there are really professional and really know what they are doing, they will help you find a solution for everything and with fair prices. My house has been transformed beautifully. They are the best in Dubai.
