I highly recommend this shop. We have purchased tiles for export. The shop has as requested kept the goods for one month with them and then shipped the goods for free to our warehouse location for export. Weve requested for export packing and have received perfectly packaged tiles. Excelent Service!!!

Just went to collect a sample for a very high end client. The colleague named SAM was not answering the phone earlier.. when i came to see him all the other colleagues greated me very well.. once Sam came to the reception inside the store did not even greet me no hello no hi.. and just plainly made faces treated me unwanted and miserable. Plainly walked away without even a secomd opinion or suggestion because he wasnt able to source a sample. Knowing the prestigious materials and sales Graniti has to offer, with an Attitutde like that. Its a shame to deal with such people. I have no intentions on clearing my comment on the employee. He deserves nothing but a demerit.. sad to know people still behave like this in this period. Good luck with how you approach things. But no one intodays world will TOLERATE such service.

Well. Nice experience with the sale person, showroom and products but delivery not on time and moreover have to have my own offloading team. I think the terms and conditions of delivery should be displayed on the table and explained in advance.
