As you asked the reason for the 3 stars, let me share my experience.We came to your shop to buy Realme X2 as you are the dealer. Your shop timings are till 10 pm and we reached at 9.30 pm, you should understand the headache of parking in your area if someone coming from very far.You guys gave us the price 1100 and asked us to buy it immediately because you were closing the shop (I realized later that it was a Chinese New Year) and couldnt negotiate the price.The same phone we bought in 1050 from another shop.

I was looking for a Redmi mobile and identified Kellymi is a dealer of Redmi, OnePlus etc phone. I got their contact online through their website and messaged them to find their rate for MI note 10. I was getting a very speedy response from Ms Kelly, she was very quick in sharing retail prices for all items and her price was much cheaper than the market price as they buy from Kellymi and sell with their top up with their charges. As I was not sure to travel to deira (fear of corona/parking) she arranged to deliver to my house within few hrs of me placing the order. kellyme is very professional and very good with their customer service skills.
